Ive had experiences with agreed values before. My missus used t ohave an original mini cooper s which had an agreed value of £5K, but when it got nicked they only offered to pay out £1k to start with, we eventually had to take them to court, but we still only managed to get £4k out of them. I dont trust insurance companies at all!!!!!especially when it comes to agreed values

Like ive said before, i know they SHOULD be worth more than that, but it doesnt change the reality that thats what theyre going for, and forbid that someone crashes into it or it get nicked the insurance company are not going pay out the price its listed as, only as what the market value of the zed is.

Halfords Pro. Ive been well impressed with them and thrown some real abuse at them and theyve done very well. I got them for £99 on the offer they were doing, i think they may well being doing the same offer for christmas. I know theyre not the BEST tools in the world, but im not the Best mechanic in the world, so theyll do me just fine!

In answer to your original question Si, yes you can claim mate. If the shop is open, then the car park is classed as a public place according to the Road Traffic Act. Now because it is a public place, you need insurance for it to be on the road, and therefore you can make an insurance claim. Nick

Ive driven one of these, and i loved it. The only problem i found with it was on the limit they become very understeer-y, which is an inherant problem with aud 4wds, because the engine is so far forewards. I think youd be able to get just as nice example with less milage if you look around. Like i say with most things, the only way your going to know is to go and drive the thing.
