Saiko - i think you need to make the commitee aware if it has been a substantial amount of time.

 

Im not subscribed so my opinion may only count for shite, but I will assume that a feedback system IS being worked on. Until then what does everyone think about having a commitee member who has the joy of overseeing trade deals between subscribed member, and any dealing with the problems that occur during those deals? Sort of a single point of contact that members can speak to. This may be the case already, but from my point of view it doesnt appear to be the case.

We have a Trade Liason officer (TLO)...and an assitant for the TLO , who can be contacted in regards to problems arising from deals.

If a member is not happy with a sale or deal/purchase with something they should pm one of the admin or speak to Shunter. We have helped people as best we could in the past :)

thanx for the replies guys ive been in touch with other members who have had no problems so hopefully this issue can be resolved quickly as im itching to get my zed kitted up

Aaaah, see i thought that the TLO only dealt with the deals between members and traders, not between 2 members. My mistake :slap:
