Hey thanks for the replies guys...I am amazed at the quality of zeds left and the condition of some of the cars here leaves me speechless, a long way from the 1st decade of the new millennium and cars getting cut up in streets for wide body kits (remember Stella ?) took an angle grinder to his rear archers one Sunday morning with a hangover and called it good? Some great times and laughs over the years here including great cars too (sh1tters included). All my kids have flown the nest now with fantastic jobs,youngest daughter gone to live in the USA, and another daughter almost married to an consultant Pathologist (great stories from him too?) so me and wife just enjoying life working still and riding our motorcycles as much as we can. Smoking a big S500 merc about so still get my smiles when the peddle gets planted but would have another Zed once i get my house finished, The boss now wants a massive addition to the house to plans put to one side for another year i guess. Those turbos should be balanced if they have had the compresser wheel removed..dont rely on marking the shaft,wheel and nut before you dismantle as it never works 100%...Also did you use genuine Mellet rebuild kit or generic from blagbay?...

Your kinda working backwards...any blocking cleaning including the crank oilways should be done before the crank goes in. take the crank out and have the block cleaned and flushed including the crank by a specialist company,wont cost much and it will put to bed the reason you have had so much rebuild troubles in the past as in not being cleaned correctly and in order. The stage you are at in the vid is crucial regarding contamination?

:lol::lol::lol: This post had me laughing Richard...Its only good old blighty that seems to over react to every soddin thing that happens around the globe, I have just come back from Northern Italy including 6 surrounding country's on a road trip and everyone else is just getting on with there lives enjoying life..

For some bizarre reason it seems to be top secret...Why it has so much "mystique" baffles me as although it is an outstanding Zed i can think of at least 3 others in this club that warrant the podium with regards to Nissan originality resulting in a higher value.
