  2. Does look a shocking job in engineering i must admit:scared: but at the end of the day as long as the caliper material is as thick as the brake pipe walls then its going to work fine. Would i drive with it? not a chance in hell:lol::lol:
  3. RIP Mandy...
  4. Just to not confuse things Tom the none turbo zed was not a UK option:wink:
  5. I think it could be the bushing on the shaft..mine used to do it and a couple drops of 3-1 oil and it went
  6. Be happy with Dragons den instead...my fav show:D
  7. yep it does...its not worn bearings as stated but bone dry and dirty as the fan draws the muck out the cabin air right up to it
  8. I hope not Gaz i have enough as it is mate...i wanted to be semi-retired about now but people wont let me:D
  9. LOL...common mistake mate made by many...when parts are handed i always work under with my head in 1st from the front on my back looking up, keeps the rights right and the lefts left when fitting parts from underneath if that makes sense:lol:
  10. I remember a real bed shaker here about 30 years ago...been in many minors in California and its the norm there..Never felt todays though Gary but many did in my area too which is strange:ohmy:
  11. I used to belong to the friends of Valley Society and been along to a few invitation only open days..walk around the workshops ect with Hawk engines on stands in various state of repair and tear downs..RAF Valley is a awesome place and i get up there many times during summer weekdays when the young Hawks pilots are training:thumbup1:....great pic Tom and such a fantastic job you have there, your parents must be very proud:wink:
  12. Think you might be right Gaz..but hey we are all adults here and the clubs affairs and running is a fluid thing and we move on with no malice:wink:
  13. This is really strange whats going on and ive never known anything like it in all my time in this club...I would be able to understand the situation if Mondo had the bailifs knocking on his door and was skint but we all know this is not the case...It was his choice not to renew his trader subs and i totally repect his rights to not do this given his reasons stated by himself. I know Richie done his deed out of pure kindness and friendship but i have a feeling in this case its kinda gone tits up and maybe in hindsight Simons wishers of refusing the money should of been respected....He had taken the thread closing on the chin and in time would of moved on and maybe with more thought and time. might of made his own mind up to re-sub.......
  14. Well Craig in the last 10 min ive decided to get one of the iron horses out on sunday (FJR1300) and get up to llanberis in North Wales:yes:..safe riding.
  15. Looking at the weather for this coming weekend looks bright and dry:thumbup:...
  16. Is Richie trying to spend £40:D
  17. Winter is my busy time too so i don't really mind the sacrifice if ime making money Craig:thumbup: but given the choice i would not ride the winter through...Seems a waste to use my Diablo Rosso 2,s up riding in the wet:ohmy:
  18. Yea ime just about past the sportsbike thing now Rich...one of my bikes is the Triumph Rocket3 and i could ride that thing all day...i still like an hour or so on my mates blade though when we swap rides for a change when out :tongue_smilie:
  19. they need bringing back very slow Tom...these small top up chargers have the electrickery in them to be able to charge in small dose graduated volts till there back in the land of the living
  20. I know Craig rides but are there any other riders waiting for the spring...i cant wait and have,nt rode since my trip to Germany last September:no: I have my bikes here ready and waiting for the roads to clean up and then its all go:w00t:. Went over to the North East last weekend to buy another and going over again this weekend to buy my 5th bike..
  21. Should,nt be much of a problem if you have an intregal garage to run a couple of pipes down from your central heating and fit a small rad to keep the nip off the air:thumbup1:
  22. Yes from the lakes (my end) to the corner is just fab but all the way seems the same excluding the speed limit...I will admit my visits always seem to fall on weekends but i have a re-roof up there to do soon so maybe my perception might change when ime hunting down building yards at 7.30 am during the week days:helpsmilie:
  23. I did,nt know there was a contribution counter put into place here now to be able to post...but as always boredom always from me enables my foe to have the last answer:lol:...At a complete tangent here,i was up your neck of the woods last sunday buying another bike..been a few times now as i have friends up your way and its one of my fav parts of the country the North East and that A66 is just fantastic to drive:thumbup1:
