Oil Cooler in O/S rear arch
HICAS shares fluid with power steering system and as such only has a cooler at the front of the car for Euro/UK spec cars. On Euro/UK spec cars the differential oil cooler is located near the differential itself at the rear of the car (JSpec cars don't have PS or differential oil coolers).

Rear Subframe bushes
The four subframe bushes are not available as OEM (unless you get a new subframe from Nissan). So you have a choice of polybushes, rubber (only from Whiteline afik) or solid (delrin or metal). There is also an option of retaining the (possibly worn out) OEM subframe bushes and using bushing collars. Nismo bushes are not available for this application. Search for 'whiteline' if you want more info on them.

These are the threads detailing the original fabricator and development of this setup in the U.S. Going by the amount of work involved this looks an expensive and time consuming setup to achieve. http://www.300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=152375 http://www.300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=161342 http://www.300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=177933- Hi all

I'm using the RPS Max street and RPS flywheel setup (now SpecialtyZ): http://specialtyz.com/shop/default/sz-sport-street-for-vg30dett-and-vq35s-242.html http://specialtyz.com/shop/default/sz-flywheel-vg30de-tt.html Smooth take up, heavier pedal feel than stock, but not so much as to be tiring. Flywheel has rebuildable facing. You should also consider replacing the stock pressed steel pivot fork with updated cast iron pivot fork: http://specialtyz.com/shop/default/300zx/clutch-flywheel/300zx-heavy-duty-clutch-fork-kit.html JoelyP is using the later version which has a lighter feel to the pedal than my version: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?182696-Clutch&p=1886818&viewfull=1#post1886818- Rad Overflow Tank & Coal Canister Removal??
I removed and then subsequently refitted my carbon canister system (here's why): http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?172676-Refit-Carbon-Canister&highlight=carbon+canister The coolant system is designed as a no loss system with the expansion bottle acting as an overflow and recovery reservoir for the coolant. If you want to replace the OEM one then you could go for one of the smaller aftermarket designs available:- Happy Birthday Jaikai

I don't have the full throttle shift on my setup (it was an option I didn't purchase). You can read Racelogic's info on the option here: https://racelogic.support/05Traction_control/Traction_Control_-_User_Guide/09_-_TC_Full_Throttle_Shift I fitted the RLTC system myself following the guide I linked to in post 93 above.- my build thread
