  1. dont know about other phone companies but if you got it from o2 then it defo is covered, the repair centre we use will replace it if they find a fault. not sure about other networks, i would imagine that they are mostly the same though when it comes to things like that. and if you got it from somewhere like argos/currys but use it on the o2 network then you can still use our repair centre.
  2. this one, batteries dying is usually either a dodgey battery or the software on the phone that is corrupted doing thing in the background wasting power without you knowing. either way if its a new handset it will be covered by the warrenty.
  3. gonna ask him to put gift on there next time, no duty that way according to the leaflet they sent with the invoice.but if thats normal practice then fair enough.
  4. Have any of you come across this before, i bought some stuff from z1 that was delivered by fed ex about 2 weeks ago, i have recieved an invoice for import duty from FED EX, not from customs even though i have already recieved the goods, the wierd bit is that fed ex paid the duty up front for me and are now requesting it back. anybody come across this before, is this generally what they do and what happens if you dont pay, as i have already got my goods

  13. defo de spoiler, dont put that big ironing board anywhere near the zed, it will look stupid, i love the look of a zed with no spoiler, looks really streamline, thats what im going to do with mine eventually.
  14. its cos of the iphone 3g launch, its was a worldwide launch yesterday and they are having massive technical issues with everybody trying to set up there new phone on itunes and the server cant cope with the demand, it will all settle down in a few days once they stop getting so many hits. dont think there is anything you can do to sort it, its just busy>
  15. im at work again too, and im also bored, but on the upside im am getting paid and i finish at 3pm, which is earlier than normal.
  16. well once its set up its really easy, if she wants to get in touch and let you know something she could have a message to you within a minuite or so, and you can reply back straight away, you will need to be on a contract as i dont think its supported on pay and go but if you buying the handset and arn't already on contract you can pick up a sim only contract deal (where you only get a sim card with some free mins and text and no phone) really cheap with a minimum contract length of about a month or so, if you need any help or info pm me and ill explain the best i can, i work in the industry so do it every day and dont mind helpin out.
  17. blackberrys are only really worthwhile if you send and recieve lots of emails, they are ok as a business use handset and making calls is dead easy but sending text is a pain in the arse as the letters are laid out diffrently to a standard handset, its a good phone mate and if the price is right then go for it but bare in mind whats said above as it could be a waste of money even if it is cheap. the main diff is that they recieve emails like a normal phone recieves a text ie it comes through to the handset without you doing anything
  18. we had the new iphone launch today, sold out in about 30 mins, been mad busy all morning, love days like this, although gonna have to dissapoint loads of people over the next few days.
