    MOT Rear Fog Lights Issue

    Hi Everybody, im new to this site and have just bought a 300zx 3 days ago. i took it for the MOT today and got failed on the rear fog because it was wired into what used to be the rear brake light in the spoiler! Is this legit as as far as i can work out this was done professionally and don't really want to change it if i can avoid it, and if anybody knows of any official documentation i can take down to the testing centre and slap it in the testers face let me know if anybody has any info thanks in advance Danny
