  2. SWB, Manual, and after 92 (i think) are prob the best, the car will be a series 2 that way and have lots of little upgrades that the series 1 cars didnt have.
  3. sell it mate, its only a car, and if you need the cash to buy an s4 then brake it, ITS ONLY A CAR, who cares if there is 1 less??????
  4. prob does the car no good but press down hard on the brakes with left foot, rev car to 2000/3000/4000, let go of brakes and try to keep back end straight, flys out the traps!! its great fun.
  5. i love my auto, power delivery is amazin a batters everything ive come up against now ive learnt how to launch it, would never convert to manual.
  6. you can defo put music on cos my mates done it, he listens to his favourite albums while playing, not sure about films, you might struggle to get them on there in the first place
  7. got titanium, primary and valet. would love another titanium one so i could use it day to day, not gonna happen though. where all the keys issued with the cars titanium or did they only provide one??
  8. car looked great, you mainly see it pulling up outside his flat and there is a bit where he races away when somebody is shooting at him, not the best film though mate, some of the acting is laughable, and the story is a little wierd too, oh and the spelling mistakes in the english subtitles dont help either
  9. not the best film in the world, the zed is in there, but not much, about 5 scenes, looks well though.
  10. yes, PTU was the problem, swapped it over and not had a problem since, in fact, its running better than it ever has.
  11. i think you will struggle, especially how there seems to have been loads up for sale reciently, and i only know of 1 that sold, and he had to really drop the price to get rid, and had spent loads on performance, which im sure you prob have too. if you want rid quick i think you need to make it a bargain, otherwise you will be waiting a long time to sell, as everybody else has.
  12. thought the tiger had ****ed it when it got wrapped roung it, but somehow managed to get away, i once had a large snake, and it almost killed my moms cat when they met with the same tactic. unfortunatly i had to kill the snake to get it off the cat. bit harsh but had to be done.
  13. andy duff is fitting, im sure he will find a way

  16. you should come to our next meet, up somewhere near huddersfield, you will get to meet all the local zed owners, always useful for parts and advice, all the details are on here http://www.300zx-club.com/forum/showthread.php?t=584
  17. The key to a good set up is supplying the amp with enough power to control the speakers, amp wiring kits come in diffrent AWG (gauges/thickness). For 2 x 12" subs the power and earth cable your using needs to be (i would say) 2AWG, this will give the amps plenty of power to control the speakers, as already said, power cable and line out cables down diffrent sides of the car (or centre console) and door speaker wires down the sides(just try to keep em seperate to eliminate whistling sounds through the speakers). for two amps you can use distribution blocks that split the power cable, so you can have 1 cable running through the car(2 AWG) then split the cable in ther boot using a distribution block, and have a 4AWG power cable to each amp. Then you can do the same with the earth cables on the amps, 2 x 4AWG earths from the amps, into a distribution block and 1 2AWG earth cable onto the car. and make sure the speaker cables you use for the doors and 6x4's are oxygen fee and as thick as you can get. sorry for the essay, and crappy explination but if you can make sense of it then it should help. and with the lineouts, you can split that signal too, shouldnt make any diffrence in quality.
  18. cheers bud, maybe you'll see it in the flesh soon, at one of the yorkshire meets, there is one in october i think, much easier than i though it would be too.
  19. there is something called open office, you can download it for free, this works with word documents
  20. seems a bit expensive mate, there are a few good condition ones on here for a lot less and i would imagine have had much more spent on them to ensure they are in A1 contition, the only problem you will have is that they prob wont be on your doorstep
  21. Sky Plus, the greatest invention ever, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it
  22. i dont know how you do it, i would never let anybody have my zed for 1 week never mind 3 months, what are they doing that takes 3 month to complete?????
