during the day no problem, at night its a little bit more difficult, with infra red everything seems white (black clothes appear white), i always found you can identify people by there body shape and characteristics of how they walk/move, with face recognition i always find it quite difficult, unless you know who you are looking for, and like you say, dont think anybody put up cctv for the courts benifit, cos it never sticks.

the camera alone will deter even if its not connected, i would imagine 400 quid is more than enough to buy a really good system, mine only cost about a hundred quid and is infrered and 24 hours time lapse tape recorder (second hand) but if the person responsible is that determined they will just put there hood up and carry on. i would imagine it will stop as soon as the camera is put up, thats what happened at my house.

get yourself a decent rivet gun, with some 4mm rivets with at least a 7MM grip range, but the more the better. if it doesnt make sense, it will when you go to buy rivets.

got me some car mats a while back form auto style, bit pricey but fit perfectly, anyway i got hold of some metal nissan fairlady badges (i believe they are from the original mats that come with the car), so i decided to fit em together, here are the results

generally you have too pay off the reminder of the line rental on your current tariff, or if you are far enough into your contract (14months i think) they will allow you to reduce it to the lowest tariff and pay the rest at that rate, but because you only took the contract 5 months ago think you are pretty screwed. if you took a decent phone i would sell it on ebay try to raise some of the funds to pay the 400 quid (if the phone is good enough you might get the whole amount) if you want out of it bad enough.

i think what mrbusy said, if the power and rca leads are running together then this could be causing it, try splitting them up and see if it cures it.

watched them both over the last few days, both fantastic films that before i watched them thought would be really boring. how wrong was i, slumdog is one of the best movies i have ever seen, and just watched seven pounds tonight, thinking again i would prob get bored and turn off, didnt happen at all, and even though you dont really know whats going off all the way through the film it still keeps you interested, if you get chance go and see them/download em, slumdog is the best though
