  4. it fits the full depth of the boot (30ish cm iirc), was the only way to get the correct volume needed for the speaker in a sealed box. Mine is SWB so might not look like it does on a LWB (never seen a LWB boot??), ive had the carpet come today so will prob cover it tomorrow or sunday and take some more pics of it fitted with the speaker in place to give an idea to anybody that fancys having a go themselves.
  5. he sold it to somebody else before i had chance
  6. Built a box for a 10" sub, fits the contours of the boot perfectly, here are some pics, will post more with progress when is carpeted and wired in

  16. never had any issues with sony, think they area great, will the store not offer some sort of repair service, most retailers do when past the 28 days, the thing you will find is most keep quiet about it as it is usually a pain in the arse booking it in and sending it away, if you go in and just ask to speak directly to the manager of the store, that way you know you arnt getting no bull from the lazy sales assistant on a 10 hour contract just there for some beer money. hope you get it sorted mate
  17. OOooohhh!, that looks painful
  18. a few of us from the other site and also a few from z club are getting together at the Mustard Pot on the A616 this sunday http://www.mustardpot.co.uk/ we are planning to meet around 12ish and maybe even have a bite to eat(apparently they have an awsome carvery for 8 quid) feel free to come along, there are usually a couple of 300's and sometime a few 240z too from z club. see you there
  19. i have one of these that i use with my iphone http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cygnett-Groove-Transmitter-Charger-dockable/dp/B00176PFV0 will work with ipods too i think, just plugs into the bottom and transmits the signal in FM frequency, just tune in the car radio to the same frequency and away you go, much cheaper than a full stereo and can charge the ipod at the same time too. quality of this particular one is brilliant too, beware cos some are shite.
