  8. go for it, retrim the panels yourself in black and put the red seats in, will look awsome, and more importantly unique.
  9. i would go with neither, not too keen on either, im a true believer of the smooth look, lol
  10. anwsers to questions 3 and 5 3. bags arnt essential, but they stop the glass getting scratched/broken if they are in the boot, also yes there should be straps in there, if your stood at the back of the car looking into the boot the straps form a triangle shape, you should be able to see where the holes in the carpet are. 5. yes, but they arn't original and have usually been modded from a twin single din panel, there are companies that mod them (and to a very high standard) but are mighty expensive and are based in japan so are really difficult to deal with, most just mod there own hope this helps
  11. its funny now how at media are building her up to be a legend when only a few years back they were branding her a racist, they should take a look at themselves. I'm happy she did what she did for those children, hopefully they will grow up secure, happy, have a good start to life and not have to worry about anything financially until they are adults. RIP JADE xxx
  12. Think it was about 3pm ish, nice colour blue drove over the viaduct where the towers used to be
  13. the little petrol pump symbol on the fuel gauge goes yellow on mine
  14. me neither, just this few times for experimental purposes
  15. Over the last few month i have been checking how accurate the petrol tank gauge is on the zed, i have let the tank run down until the petrol light comes on then go for a fill up, ive done it 3 times and found that the tank still contains 18 litres of fuel when the light comes on(basically a quarter of a tank, or by my zeds economy around 70ish mile). thought it would be useful to share although yours may be slightly diffrent, all i know it its given me confidence that if i realise im miles from anywhere with no money on me, ive got a 70/80 mile range to sort something out does anybody know if you can buy more accurate gauges for the zed that fit where the old ones went cos im guessing they are prob all way out on accuracy??
  16. is that dibs fella??:rofl::rofl: hope it doesnt come to that mate
  17. i agree with pete, the good bits will go quickly (interior, wheels, engine bling, rear lights and poss Gear box + other little bits), everything else will sit there for 6 month and then you will give it to a scrap man to crush gutted for you mate!!
  18. if usual ebay prices are anything to go by, may go quite cheap

  20. nothin to do with me, but always considered quite rare and looks in ok condition http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1995-NISSAN-300ZX-Convertible-RED_W0QQitemZ190292847717QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutomobiles_UK?hash=item190292847717&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1683%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318
  21. saw this car in the flesh last night and looks amazing, good to meet you mate, just a quick question, what strength is the HID kit you have, makes the car look awsome at night
  22. thats prob why there are so many diffrent opinions out there with no definate anwser, just wanted to put it out there and see what came back, although i guess disk/pad combination has lots to do with it too, all i know is i have a big brake upgrade with standard calipers, the disks are not brembo and the pads are 25 quid standard mintex, the car stops well but it squeels like a bitch, i want a pad that doesnt squeel and also doesnt destroy my disks (ive got some yellowstuff pads that i dont want to fit for this reason, and am saving for a track day) there must be somebody out there who has had a few zeds with diffrent pads on there.
