Hi and welcome to the club! If you're looking for parts, then you probably have a better supply across the pond than we do.... Many of us head online to CZP or Z1 Motorsports in the US.... Much cheaper than the UK and delivery times are very good too 😉

Looks like a good investment Rob - and I love those Azev A wheels..... I had them on my old red Zed, they really suit these cars well....🤩

No - but I have just sent you a whats-ap with the last set I purchased. They are still working fine and are currently selling with 10% discount!

Now we're in mid-October, it's starting to feel very autumnal - so what better than to go out in the Zed whilst it's still dry and take a few pics.......? Let's see yours.....😊

Now pinned this thread for a while - and bringing it to everyone's attention, as I'm still looking for another exhibitor. It doesn't matter if you can't stay with your car - we will have sufficient cover on the stands with the people who have stepped in to help out. All you need do is drop your Zed off on the Thursday and collect it Sunday at 5pm..... We'll do the rest. Of course, you might want to stay and see the show, whilst you're there......!

Hi Rob, I usually buy mine from Ebay - Mintex and Brembo pads are reasonably priced and are decent quality too. I wouldn't go with the cheaper brands, but there's no need when these are cheap enough! There are plenty of disc options too - but I have had warping issues with the last couple of sets if discs I bought from M-Tec brakes. Previous sets have always been fine though and other people here haven't had problems.

Excellent - thanks for the kind offers, Craig & Phil. I reckon Saturday is the one day where we're really going to struggle as I can't be there until the last hour of the show. Sunday is useful too - it's the busiest day, so any extra help will give the exhibitors the chance for a lunch break....

Hi folks, With the NEC show barely a month away, I am looking for one or two volunteers to help man the stand on the Friday and Saturday (7th and 8th of November) to give the exhibitors a little cover. There is a free wristband on offer for you and a companion, on the day(s) in question, so you can also explore the show whilst there. With tickets costing around £40 each, this is a great chance to see the show for free whilst doing us a little favour in return. There is a catch, of course - this is open to subscribed members only.... ....But if you are not a full member you can still subscribe now in order to participate! Bringing this back to the top, as we have only a month to go.....! I have a couple of exhibitors - myself included - but am still on the hunt for one more. So if you would like to have your car on display at the UK's most prestigious show, please do met me know ASAP so we can finalise the arrangements. It would be great to have a highly modified example on display - or a convertible, as it's been a while since Ian brought his 'vert along. What would really help, if you can't commit to displaying your car for the duration, are volunteers to man the stand on Friday and Saturday; you and a guest can have a wristband for the relevant day(s), which will also give you access to explore the show..... And whilst we were there, we visited the annual classic car show on Ryde seafront..... Not in the Zed though - we got the train there, so we could enjoy a beer or two with Graham, without worrying about the drive back 🍺

A couple of weeks late, but last month we took the Zed on a little trip to the Isle of Wight..... ......Luckily the weather was favourable - and we also met up with our old friend Groover (Graham Jones) and his partner. He still has his yellow Zed, along with a couple of spare cars - one day he'll have the yellow one back on the road. Hopefully LOL But the reason for the post, as always, is to share some Zed pics - in no particular order, here they are 😉

Nothing today, as I was at work..... ....However yesterday was a lovely sunny day, so Julia and I took the Zed on a little outing to Stowe Gardens. Any excuse to chare a couple of shiny blue Zed pictures 😁
