    Me too....... Richard :)
  2. Say it brother....... Testified
  3. And there's me thinking you had an arse/gut problem.......... :x: Richard :o
  4. Amen brother...... And remember those Citroen CVs they used to (and some still do) drive?? Check out the emissions on those FFS - way higher than a (catalized) ZX, yet they enjoy low road tax owing to the size of their engines :xxx: Just hand the bitch a bar of soap Si, the smell from their unwashed bodies causes much more offence than a little ZX exhaust gas..... Richard :smw:
  5. I do agree that it's perhaps best he is on holidays though - even if Prezza is supposedly in charge........ It is indeed John Reid's job to handle the situation; Blair is just a puppet now anyway so let him relax on that yacht. He needs a break just like the rest of us and he is in constant contact with his cabinet. Richard :wack:
  6. I have to agree with this too, let's not forget the Chingford Skinhead Lord Tebbit himself  He seems quite a nice fella actually - spoken to him on the phone a couple of times...... Let's also not forget the mess the country was in before Maggie came to power; 90% tax, the public sector manipulated and held to ransom by the unions, shat on by Europe/USA/world etc etc (hang on, that sounds a bit familiar........ ) Yet she turned it round and put the Great in Great Britain. No other country f#cked with us when she was in charge and the world respected us a major power. This lot have made me ashamed to be British; not just because they are a joke administration but because they've also allowed the PC establishment to make us feel xenophobic if we wave the flag and bask in the glories of this country's past achievements; or remotely suggest a halt to immigration :xxx: Sorry guys - I get a bit carried away on that subject.......... Richard :(
  7. Should have challenged it in court - if they had video evidence it would have shown them as driving dangerously; ie tailgating at high speed. Either that or hit the brakes and say an animal ran across the carriageway. Either way, if they had hit you they would have been up on a dangerous driving charge, coppers or not :xxx: Richard  PS ......3000th post BTW .........:x:
  8. Were those items just standard on the TT by any chance? That aside, nice ZX mate! Good to get a late-ish model - pretty rare  Richard :)
  9. I'd go for this one too
  10. You need the boss that works with the HICAS sensors on a TT. Mike Feeney (MJP) sells the right ones mate! After that you can fit virtualy any aftermarket steering wheel Richard :)
  11. What he said  Good luck! Richard :)
  12. Guess I asked for that Si :wack: Still at least you picked a good one...... .........b@stard  Richard :)
  13. As above - why are sooo many being dug up of late  Richard :wack:
  14. I'd do this too. Whatever you offer under the asking price they, will refuse your first offer so go in at least £10k below. With an offer like that there's a good chance they will accept £170k so try £165k, then £167.5k and lastly £170k. When (if) they refuse the first offer, go straight back with £167.5k. If they refuse that, make them wait a little before offering £170k. Good luck mate. Richard :)
  15. I like many new Mercs and the CL500 is a good looker. In general MB still make a good car IMO. I bought a v reg SLK230 earlier this year and I'm very pleased with it. Richard :)
  16. By the way, the aerial problem could be the relay. Mine didn't work properly when I got my ZX; found it was the relay - a small opaque/white ciggie box thing inside the o/s rear wheel arch. Bought one from AndyZ and it's worked perfectly for the last 3 years  Richard :)
  17. It should have the same connectors as the UK car? I just bought the autoleads adaptor from my local car hi-fi store. I have a UK spec but IIRC I needed to splice another live to feed the built in amp for the rear speakers. Richard :)
  18. As everyone said, try replacing the PCV valves. That said, FunkySi had a similar problem and found out his engine was fekked  Hope it's just the PCVs mate. Richard
  19. But these Steve! I'va a set of these on the front of my ZX and they are very good - especially given the price  Get a decent set of pads to go with them and you'll be sorted. I bought Stillen Metal Matrix from Mike Feeney for about £75 delivered - a good combo with the 3g discs. Richard
  20. Welcome to the forum - the font of all 300zx knowledge...... .......and many other specialist subjects too! Richard :)
  21. Congratulations mate  There's really nothing like it - I still remember all the details of my wedding 6 years on. Plus all our friends still talk about it like it was last week. All best to you both for the future. Richard :)
  22. Hi Jay, I'm good thanks and the ZX is still going strong. It's only used a couple of times a week now as I have a new daily driver, but I still love it  I occasionally see your grey one about; ZX-TT lives/works near my office. Any chances of you getting another ZX in the near future? Richard :)
  23. D'oh. Who is bringing these up (just like the other one I never noticed)........ B'stards!!!!! Richard :wack:
  24. Didn't notice that one...... :x:
