  1. DON'T DO IT!!! Additives such as Slick 50; STP etc etc will most likely cause more long term harm than good! Any decent oil (be it engine, gearbox or otherwise) will contain all the necessary ingredients required for the job; without the need for additives!! Richard:thumbdown:
  2. Sure is another great loss to rock music; first Ronnie James Dio and now Paul Gray...... RIP Richard:cry:
  3. Hi all, Well as you are probably aware JAE 2010 will soon be upon us! For those who do not know, it is being held at Wicksteed Park in Northamptonshire over the weekend of 10th, 11th and 12th of Septemper! Please see this link.... http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=131291 We are now taking orders for advance tickets at £20 per person for the entire weekend (tickets on the gate are £25; payable on arrival). The admission fee includes access to all events and activities including the competitions etc for the duration!! (Under 14s are admitted free with paying adults). Please put your name down in this thread for advace tickets! Please note that the club must pay for all advance tickets prior to the event. We must therefore request that, this year, everyone wanting advance tickets pays the club prior to me placing the order with the organizers. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions..... ....It looks set to be a great show and, on behalf of 300zx.co.uk, we look forward to seeing you there!!! Regards Richard:cool: 1. 5. Hey Si; no! we just drove down to Porchester for the day. We're back in Cornwall on Saturday 5th June though - if you're around we can pop in for a cup of tea on the way down (or back up on 12th...):cool3: LOL - I've already told him that I'm buying a new Aston Vantage when he corks it so he might think I'm pushing my luck with the boat while he's still around!! (Although, of course, I'd rather he was still around but at least the car would be a consolation.....:whistling:) Richard:boat:
  6. Nice one Bri..... .....I spent the day down on the coast yesterday and decided that I definitely must get myself a boat:tongue_smilie: Trouble is, the type I would like would cost ££££££s so I reckon it's a no no for the forseeable future......... ........unless my father decides to help me out, or 6 numbers come up for me very soon.....:blushing: Richard:surrender:
  7. A "ditto" from me too.......:tt2: LOL - very good Kim; you got further than me then.... Richard:oops:

  9. Now there's a blast from the past!! Good to see you back Chris; and no don't worry - you haven't missed anything.... ......we've just been killing time until your return.....:clown: Richard:punk:
  10. That looks absolutely superb Martin - very very nice work!!! I love the cover at the back of the engine compartment; hiding the servo and battery. What an excellent idea - it really tidys it up under the bonnet..... Where did you relocate the fuses and relays from behind the left headlight? Richard:chef:
  11. Unless you're running really big power and massive turbos; I doubt it will make any difference TBH...... Richard:chef:
  12. LOL.... .....you can of course contact the police; if no-one claims it after so many months I believe you are allowed to keep it anyway. Richard:thumbup1:
  13. After 3 years I'd say so..... .....apply to DVLA for a V5 in your name first. They may contact the previous owner to see if he no longer owns it; then once you get the certificate in your name go for it! Richard:yes:
  14. My thoughts too...... Richard:thumbdown:
  15. Welcome - and good luck with your purchase..... Richard:chef:
  16. Welcome to the club buddy!! Richard:chef:
  17. Welcome to the club buddy!! As echoed above, Zedworld is definitely your place for 300zx service/repairs etc. If you need new OEM parts you can also contact Mike Feeney from MJP (see traders section). Based Ongar/Brentwood way, he's not a million miles from London..... Richard:chef:
