coolant loss Q rad cap problem...
But it sounds like the HKS seal is even worse. Does the water disapear when you drive it or is it going when the car is not doing anything? If its when you drive it could be evoparating out of the cap. If it goes down when the car is not on and not moved for a day or so, sound like a leak. Stuart

Any one read the servey about the most reliable cars now? At the top was Mazda. The highest none Japanese car manufacturer was Ford in 5th and then the rest Japanese until Merc about 11th place.

Put your nissan one back on for a few days and see if you have the same problem. If it cures the problem keep it on.

How are you driving your car? If you are driving round town and flooring it for little spurts you wont get too much to the gallon. Also round town and fast driving does less MPG. For example I went on holiday and got 32mpg on a hot day with a boot full of luggage. I did 320 miles and the needle was still not touching the E. I didnt drive too fast there, I stayed about 60mph. Yesterday I went Santa Pod and followed people home who hardly touched below 80mph. I did 330 miles and had to put an extra £15 in to get home. But by the looks of it, you are not doing well in the MPG part. Does the petrol cap hiss when you take it off? If not you may have a petrol leak. Most people go for the A'PEXi induction. Check out the traders section as you get one a cheaper from them. I dont want to give a price incease I get it wrong but I am sure you are looking at less then £150. If you dont know when the cambelt was last changed you should really put it on your to do list. Bulbs are really easy to change. You dont need a site ;) Open bonet, unscrew light seal, unclip bult pull it out and unplug from the power ;) Import bulbs are different, but there are tech write ups on how to convert it to a H3 which is the UK bulb and easier to get hold of. But there are places to get Import bulbs from but they are a little more expensive. Stuart

Warranty Price/Description
Service just means oil change really. Buy the parts yourself and tell them to change it.

Warranty Price/Description
So basically if a part goes and it is a stock or Nissan standard part it is covered, but stuff like larger turbos are not. If your engine blows you are covered as long as it is not because of carbon deposits. And if you stock turbos seize you are coverd as long as it is not because of objects causing damage. What about suspention and such. If your stock suspention goes is that covered? What about wheel bearings and such. Does that come under wear and tear or is that a failure? If some ones HICAS is not working its covered. (I dont have it ;)) If your car is modified. i.e. chip and increased boost, would that not effect the warrany on the engine and turbos? Stuart

the pod today.
The lotus couldnt get any grip. I found out why they only used one side of the track for a while. There was a Supra which couldnt get any traction, probably got 30mph max before skidding. If the conditions where very slippy it would have been an improvment.

the pod today.
As you probably dont know yet, the track was super slippy. It rained all day and was mid afternoon when people started to get on and the people who did, just wheel spun. They actually closed one lane because it was too slippy. My traction control was working over time. http://www.nissanzx.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/PodDay.wmv

LOL. You will have to see. Unfortunaltly at Santa Pod they think it better to deafen the spectators with loud early 90s music rather than you allow to hear the sounds of the cars.

revs drops and rises
Disconnect the battery for at least an hour and that will reset it.

help
There is a vacume hose which goes to the AVI valves in the wings which goes past where the battery is. You could have knocked it out of something.

I would not take the RR figures serious especially with an automatic.
