my profec settings appear to be correct.

appear to have lost half my boost, cant be a siezed turbo can it?

Has all this happened after you took your battery out?

a siezed turbo would result in no boost at all, any of the pipes blown off?

Maybe safety boost or have you disconnected your stock solinoids. If you have then it's gotta be a boost leak (and a major one at that).

As Clarkey says, a duff turbo would result in only hitting 0 (like when you rev in nuteral).

Maybe one of your wastegate pipes or vaccum to the balance bar has come off.

There is a vacume hose which goes to the AVI valves in the wings which goes past where the battery is. You could have knocked it out of something.

for info, it was my profec eo1 that was shall we say, cofused.

All the settings were still in it, howvre I re @initialised' it, put back in what settings i could remembr and hey presto back to decent boost.

One to remember here for all you greddy boys.

Scoops, what settings are you running in yours, for comparison.

I've got gain 7, SP around 81, start boost 13. Gives almost spot on 16psi

Still got stock air filters though.

ive got a gain of 7, sp of 56ish (somewhere in mid 50's cant quite remember) and a start of 8 (i keep playing with this one), and i'm getting around 14.7 psi with 59 dialled in i got around 15 psi.

I'm a bit reluctant to go higher than that.

Cool, try setting the start boost around 3psi lower than set once you've got it tuned. Makes it hard to tune if you set it up first because it's hard to decide if the drop off is slow response from lack of gain, or just a low settle because the SP's too low.

How good is the record and playback function for tuning though :D

Think mine's pretty good at that and response is better than the blitz one I had. Might play some more, but been tuning PID's on a spray dryer system for the past week and can't be bothered to look at another one now!
