  4. Rich, remember if you that, having an NA, you might have to change the front callipers if you upgrade your disks. I put standard TT disks and calipers on mine, new pads, SS pipes and changed the fluid, youy will notice the difference. :)
  5. I read this week that these huge bass boxes can make your lungs collapse. And I thought there was no god :)

didnt realise you had bought a 10R roy? On the other subject, if your confused about it, give it another go. If you were ready to move on, you would know. My 2p.
  7. try searching on clutch adjustment, it may not solve it, but might give you some more use. Seems strange for it to go so wrong so quickly, you dont have a leak do you?

  16. If it is an import, and you have a de-restrictor, check that first, in my experience, they go more often than the speed sensor and can cause the same problems.

scotty, did this upgrade on my NA, the combination of the bigger disks, and the fact that you (or I at least) fit new pads, service the callipers and put fresh fluid in, makes a big difference :)
  20. like watching bad telly mate, if they dont like reading your posts, they dont have to :)
  21. Yes mate, i just dont do ugly , sorry :(
  22. Nah mate, you werent listening, I said I didnt drink and wouldnt shag you ;)
  23. I used to have "I'm sorry officer" on the plate on my blade.
  24. There is a specific temperature (if you take it as given that an increase in pressure gives an increase in temperature) at which a given substance will ignite when flame is applied (A Flammable Liquid is one with a flash point of less than 55°C, a Highly Flammable Liquid is one with a flash point of less than 21°C ) and will auto-ignite (The ignition temperature of a substance is the minimum temperature required to initiate or to cause self-sustained combustion without the need for a spark or flame) And you probably could work out all the variables in a theoretical situation given the data on air density, air fuel ratio etc etc, but in reality there are too many variables to give a workable answer. And I cant be arsed.

Better to ask what are the benefits of being a qualified mechanic with your own four bay workshop :) Seriously tho, there are good and bad in both, the NA tends to be less stressed and easier to maintain due to less components and less power. It doesnt match the power of a TT, but IMHO is more driveable and you can use more of the power, more of the time. The bottom line is your opinion and your choice, both are fantastic cars and neither of them are slow cars.
