  1. Ill expect a call after you've broke it then? lol
  2. Ill expect a call then shall I???
  3. The difference between the auto and the manual, is that you have to remove the clutch pedal assembly in order to slide the matrix out. To be honest, I found it a lot easier to remove the dash, which is a 20 minute job, than do the whole "long-armed monkey" thing upside down in the drivers footwell looking for screws you cant see. My 2p
  4. It si a lot of aggro breaking a car, especially if you dont have space to do it in. Also you will have a large lump of steel (possibly without wheels) to get rid of at the end up. You can sell almost every part of her, but it will take you time and effort, and you will need to strip all the components and make a realistic evaluation of their condition, nothing will slate you faster than selling a second hand part thats knackered.
  5. Not plastic bud, they are formed rubber, they do help to keep the car clean, and as they were oem equipment ( an J-specs at least) they go well with the motor
  6. are you definately looking ay the O2 sensors and not the cat heat sensors?
  7. by corner splitters do you mean the rear mudflaps? if so they were standard on J-specs, best man is AndyZ in the traders section. I had a full set spare but sold em mate.
  8. when I started it was splatmasters and Badoir(?) snipers, then I got my Bushmaster Pointman, slamfire heaven .lol

  11. You make that sound like a bad thing:( so let me get this right: no 12 bores no frozen pellets But I am allowed to bring my "angel"?? Sounds like a nice idea:)
  12. Yes!!! now wheres me cartridges?? :hyper:
  13. sounds like andrewG mate
  14. What you saying?
  15. looks even better when its not pissing down .lol :)
  16. Yes it can be done, a chip in itself wont give you any more power, but it will "tune " the car to take better advantage of other mods (air intake, open pipe). There arent many NA chips about, but if you subscribe and talk to a guy called Jock, he'll sort you out for not much ;)
  17. As you said mate, they warned me that they would report me to the cps. But I was under the impression that they had to make a record of the conversation??? will just have to wait and see what happens.
  18. silver, think it was a vectra bud
  19. Had a chat about this today, the strange thing is they didnt give me a producer, didnt ask me to sign anything, didnt quote vascar or the video game thing and the two guys were all flack jacketed with batons, spray and cuffs which makes me think it was an un-marked area car, rather than an un-marked traffic car. I didnt admit to any speed, and argued their contention, yet they didnt make notes of the conversation (which I thought they had to) well confused but planning for the worst
  20. The quoted the fact that I was allegedly doing twice the speed limit and forced them to chase me for the dangerous bit. Yes Carp was the caterham bends, like I would do 100mph thru there
  21. Was driving home tonight in my mitsi, long and boring drive down from Northampton. Hit my local roads, over took a vauxhall and toed it away, with the vauhall in chase. Went through the twistys (a mile long road totally clear bar me and the vauxhall) and slowed down for the residential bit, after about another 3/4 mile the vauxhall turns on the flashing blues and pulls me.ffs I am being reported for dangerous driving to the CPS, seems the copper thinks I endagered him and his colleagues life by "forcing " them to pursue me. And I never even noticed the tow rope... My thoughts are this...if my driving was so dangerous, why did they pursue me and thus endanger themselves? and why didnt they stop me? W@nkers. Rant over
  22. The disks and calipers are the same apart from the thickness of the front disks (and hence the width of the opening on the front calipers) As the diameter is the same, the only difference I can see would be the rotors ability to dissapate heat would be marginally affected. The same size pad is acting on the same diameter disk. But i stand to be corrected, as always
  23. EVERYONE. But I may be biased
  24. HAve a look at the two rubber pipes that join the top rad pipe to the head (behind the pipe that has the temp sensors in it) these are a common place for a big leak, which it sounds like you have. No real way to "bodge" if it is them :( Also check that your rubber rad pipes from the top and bottom of the rad are tight, and that the joint of your top one to the rad on the left hand side of the rad , hasnt split
  25. Welcome aboard :)
