Well I have to say I have never had any of the problems mentioned above with AOL. I have been with them for going on 10yrs now, have upgraded, removed and reinstalled without any probs. All of my programs work, even though you log onto some web services and they say "if your using AOL this wont work" it does. There was the case, as steve says, that you couldnt share the broadband, but now you can, i use it on my phone to get my email (and its a non colour/ non picture phone) no complaints here :)

Take the plastic trim off the inside of the boot, and the wheel arch liners off the rear arches. Look between the through the holes in the boot to the outer skin and you will see a ledge, there are about 6 or 8 10mm bolts holding the bumper on, tricky to reach some of them, and they will be rusted, took me about an hour all in to get the bumper off.

So I am on the phone, Name, DOB, inside leg measurement, the usual and they ask if I have any convictions in the last five years? I have, I said, an SP30 in the last five years but it is off my licence now. "doesnt matter, still affects your premium". Now if the law makes you (or your licence) do 3 years "time" for a motoring offence and then discards it from the accounting, how the hell do insurance companies get away with using it against you?? Its like getting 5 yrs for a withdrawal from your local post office (avec side-by-side) doing your bird like a good boy, then as your walking out the door, some tw@t desides your good for another couple of years. I now realise why you dont see insurance brokers in the high st anymore, they probably got sick of being pulled over the jump and given a slap :mac1:

Any picton crown mods or valve cut outs would affect the combustion area and so would come into both sides of pauls equation :) The attached drawing may help :)

MTL there are loads of clay shoots round guildford surrey way, just put clay pigeon in a search engine, or buy the mag, which has a list in the back

I go with 90ft/lb but thats just me. Was always told to do it as tight as you can with your hand and 90 degrees with your foot, but that depends a lot on how big your arms/legs are :)

Just saw this pete, congrats to you and your mrs and all the best for the future to the little one.

I have stayed well clear of all this. But, there is another benefit to guys building fast cars and taking them to the pod/ TOTB. If a zed is seen to put in a fair show at either of the above, then someone in the crowd may well look into buying a zed instead of a scooby/skylark or MR2. Whether threu personal choice, economics or whatever. So if zeds feature regularly, and do well they may well become an option in the minds of the next generation of modders. More demand = better prices. Just my 2p
