Guest BigRoy Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 http://www.motorcycledaily.com/26august04_ninja600s.htm Yum!! Quote
pete shrimp Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 Pah! Easy pickings Roy* *on icy roads in a snowstorm, naked. Quote
Guest Timmy_Turbo Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 Like that Massive, but maybe gonna keep the Z and have an R-6 aswell. Especially as Yamaha dealers are knocking upto 1500 large of the price of a brand new R-6 to get 'em out the doors quicker! Can't be bad. Quote
Guest BigRoy Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 Noooooooooo! Not an R6, test ride one, u wont like it. Actually sell the Zed and get the 749! Quote
Craig David Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 I'm a fan of the latest R6. It needs a steeering damper on rough roads but it's more spacious and smoother than the ZX6R. 749s are nice but not THAT fast and kinda unreliable. Quote
Guest andyduff Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 Thats perfect for timmy, he loves to feel something throbbing between his legs :D Quote
jock Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 nice bike, wonder if they're going to make a big brother version :) Quote
Guest Timmy_Turbo Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 Yum, just looking at the 748...me mate reckons I could get a pukka one in yellow for about 4K. Although he reckons a Jap bike would be better for a first effort incase of dropage or crashage in terms of parts etc. http://www.bikepics.com/pictures/000203/ Quote
NismO_UK Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 http://www.motorcycledaily.com/26august04_ninja600s.htm Yum!! Good article in MCN last week about the new ZX6, they reckon it is "the most extreme 600 ever built" Quote
Guest BigRoy Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 If u buy a R6, I'm gonna kick your ass! Quote
Guest Timmy_Turbo Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 But I like the R6 Massive! I'll just get Le Big Mac onto you, I can hide behind him sat on my R6...LOL :) Anyway Ninja sounds to much like Ginger for my liking. ;) Quote

Rossy Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 They are toys.... Not many about but would have to be the SUZUKI GSX TTS 1300cc Built Supercharged Hayabusa, 330BHP, 230 mph for me, if I was to buy one... But would then more than likely kill myself on it!! Would have a flippin big smile on ma face tho!!! LOL Quote
Guest Timmy_Turbo Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 Would that make a good "My first bike!" then Rossy? LOL Quote
Craig David Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 The guy sitting next to me at work flipped one at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground. It wrote the bike of and broke his leg (plus other injuries). Quote
Rossy Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 LOL, my last was a Yam DT 50 !!!! So would be like going from a robin reliant to a Z!! LOL Quote
Guest BigRoy Posted September 1, 2004 Posted September 1, 2004 My mate Richard has THE development charged busa from TTS. They produce 260bhp not 330! Still its spins up in the dry at over 120, so its not an issue!!! By the way, anyone in the area this Saturday? Richards place Carbontek are having an open day/bbq. So if anyone wants to drool over nice bikes, eat food and ogle naked page 3 birds then get down there between 10-4! Quote
