Most studios and people i know who are into serious music, use a Mac, its the most stable. I remember windows 2000 was one of the most stable for music years ago.

The water in the overflow tank should not be over flowing or escaping the bottle. There is a full mark on the dipstick and coolant should not be above this, also it is designed to draw back into the rad as required and expel into the bottle if a certain pressure is reached. Check that the black over flow pipe is actually connected to the bottle.

My bad lol as mine was on a K plate 93, it is infact a 1990 car according to the vin plate, i know i initially had similar issues with the MOT station about the emissions.

He is talking *****x :thumbup1: all zeds had cats from the factory and regardless of that fact, because its not on the database a pre 95 is and has to be done as a pre cat test. There have been numerous threads on this topic, also we have a few members who are MOT testers

The zed is not on the MOT database for emissions and therefore is tested as a pre cat :thumbup:

Behringer do a usb interface and is cheap too, i use cakewalk sonor X3 producer, but far too complex for the average use, but has everything but the kitchen sink :thumbup:

It is normal to get a lifter tick after a rebuild, once the oil is in the lifters they should quieten down, shouldnt take long to fill up though. Run it for longer to get up to temp and keep an eye on it.
