You could take it apart and check to see if there is any grit in the motor, it may just need greasing up, but generally if its knackered, get a used one for not very much money

Our zeds are too old for canbus lol You can replace your indicator relay under the dash for an LED flasher relay, specifically for use with LED indicators. Basic to get it working And Switched from head unit So with the info you have, wire camera up as diagram 1 and wire the reverse wire of the head unit to pin 20 on the auto ecu as Jeff posted and job done.

The camera is a totally separate entity to your head unit, you only need run the signal to the head unit from the camera and take the 12v from the reverse light feed, close to where the camera will be situated. The head unit automatically senses and switches the screen when the feed from the camera is powered, put in reverse. you are making unnecessary work for yourself the way you are looking at it lol.

There is no feed for the reverse light in the ecu as its nothing to do with the running of the engine. If its for a reverse camera, wire the camera 12v feed into the reverse light wire green/white.

Im pretty certain that the manual ecu in the auto is the issue, due to, as mentioned by zbolt, when autobox is in neutral timing is at 15deg and when a gear selected timing advances to 25deg. I have a similar issue running my now manual box with auto ecu. When i place it into gear the revs change up, which can be sorted with a new chip. Your ecu isnt advancing the timing to compensate.

Nice feeling when it passes with no problems, i left mine till xmas eve lol, it was a week out of date, but will definitely book it in earlier for this year.
