  1. Thats great news Gary, not only another zed saved, but the memory lives on
  2. Its not just about which one is better, its all personal taste how individual our zeds can be, finished or not, its a chance to show off our pride and joy.
  3. Nothing to stop you or previous entrants who didnt win, entering again, you never know, if there are no other candidates this month you could win, just saying lol
  4. Other option is to go to advanced tab, scoll down to manage attachments, then add files in the top right corner of tab and upload from your hard drive and insert
  5. I would stick with OEM, you dont want to be replacing it at a later date if it doesnt perform correctly.
  6. Ive given up fags but now smoke baccy and have done for nearly a year, its not the health issue with me it was the price, i refuse to pay nearly £8 for a pack of fags, i have a place i get 50g of Golden Virginia cheap and that lasts me all week. I have had an electric fag for a few years and occasionally give it a blast, but i sort of got put off using it after not being allowed to use it on a plane. I tried giving up years ago and lasted a week, the dizziness is the body getting clean oxygen to the lungs, which you will get over after a week or so, good luck, its hard and does take will power, which by the way i also have very little of lol
  7. Congratulations Dave, it certainly sounds like a fun packed last few weeks, now back to the real world lol.
  8. I like it maybe, apart from the wood, they have gone for a high end luxury look rather than the sporty, but still very nice.
  9. I will probably forget where ive parked it looking for the wrong colour lol. Ive got the paint, need to do more prep as its been in primer for far too long. Primer is porous and basically will need sanding back and doing again just before paint, but im hoping to start cracking again when the weather stops pissing about lol
  10. mmmm possibly conceived around JAE time or pretty close lol. You kept that quiet mate, but all the best to you and Neen she is a cracker.
  11. I think Chris has more hair lol, but ive never seem him with his cap off  i bet he even wears it to bed :clown:
  12. They certainly would and i probably could do with some new coil packs, however i need to sort the part of the car that you can see first lol
  13. silicon tablets to repel moisture inside the housing and stop the lens steaming up, i got rid of mine and made no difference lol
  14. They look similar to my DeCorsa wheels, so i like them lol
  15. Are you keeping her now Ian or just doing her up to sell?
  16. Enjoy your birthday mate, my other half made me a zed cake one year and it wasnt much better than that lol, but its the thought that counts and after watching her struggle making it, not easy either, so give her a big hug and tell her what a special lady she is for thinking about you and your zed lol.
  17. All the best Andy, about time you posted some more jokes, im getting withdrawal symptoms lol
  18. Happy Birthday Paul, have a great day

  20. You have another year yet before considering a timing belt change and with such a low mileage i wouldnt be too worried just yet, but worth taking timing covers off to inspect it at least. Even if not used much the rubber can deteriorate over time.
  21. The speedo will be in kph as the resistor in the UK clocks are different to Jap, you can change the resistor in the jap clocks to read mph, but would also need to adjust the potentiometer on the speedo circuit board
  22. Welcome back Steve, there is a garage section for rides, a few features waiting to be put back up after the latest forum upgrade.
  23. Apply 12v to the terminals or 9v battery and see if the valve moves. Also another thing to check, is the o ring on the base of the idle screw, if its crumbled or split, it will allow air to escape and make your revs go up and down. Just unscrew it on the spare to see the o ring, but if you are doing it on the car, screw it all the way in, counting the turns till it stops, you will have a guide then of roughly where it was to re adjust on datascan, then remove the screw to inspect it.
  24. Welcome to the club, look forward to the pics
  25. Thought so, cut a few inches of wires with the plug off your old one, then splice, heatshrink re tape and jobs a good en.
