  2. CC usually do a noise test on each car, then sticker them to show it's been done, before they go on track. Just a friendly warning!
  3. Why don't you put a project post together, rather than just random updates? Will be easier to keep track of what you're doing. Out of interest, why the F150 MAF? PS it's Fraternity :)
  4. Swap for a known good ecu first ... If the car runs then unlikely to be a mechanical issue. The fuel pump controller manages the voltage to pump to switch between speeds. On all the time is most likely fault on the ecu side
  5. Does the car run? I think fried ecu's have been known to cause the fp to get stuck on prime, after all, it's that the controls the signal to the Fuel pump ecu. Assuming the engine isn't running, so it's not a vac leak, in which case it's fuel related, either the reg is broken in some way or just the sound of fuel going round the system at full speed
  6. The question is if it's worth it or not, quite expensive for what it is iirc
  7. *** or look me up on FB
  8. yes, I would do the same if i was doing mine again! Mine is at least knitted into the strut top now.
  9. Stock turbo's are fine, lots of other mods to do before you need to worry about changing them. Also, changing them is engine out so gets expensive quickly from a labour perspective
  10. sorry, yes release bearing!
  11. for your power goals just stick to 2.5", no point making life harder for your self
  12. Hi, got your PM. The box was fine before, the only reason I mentioned the spigot bearing is when fitting the clutch to another car the bearing on that one had to be ground down to get the clutch to work. So advised this one to be removed as I assumed it had also been ground down so would be unsuitable for another clutch.. Let me know how you get on, I'll ask Jimmer if he has any tricks that might help
  13. road insurance, but i doubt it will cover anything that would happen at the event. It's more to show it's for road legal cars
  14. needs to have an MOT and insurance - that's it
  15. Depends what you have up front? Ksport matching front & rear is a very good setup when I ran it.
  16. ahh, didn't realise they were still 4 bolt. Anyway, sounds like the OP has finally decided on a setup :)
  17. sticking to a stock turbo then, or sport 500's? anything bigger is 5bolt...
  18. but even with averaging, each one is still reading half the airflow... and ECU doubles
  19. for those interested, the bottom corners are now 60mm wider than stock... each side.
  20. last pic of the bumper I promise! Done for now, next step will need the car back so I can modify the wings to match
  21. don't know what the ba SMIC are, but if they are big and have 2.5" in/out that should be fine. Just add at least 740 injectors and a TurboNoz tune :) - - - Updated - - - PS I have 3" SWB exhaust for sale ;)
