  1. Yeah, aint Shepherds great ? :) Only took a day or two to house train my last one too ! Fine looking dog mate !
  2. I wouldn't go that far - I've had Luke's ZC002B front spoiler on for the last three years and that's both deeper than this one and protrudes further from the front wheels as it doesn't curve backwards at the bottom. You have to take down-ramps in multi-storeys quite carefully but other than that it's always been fine; and Nottingham's speedramp city - they've even got them on some main roads now
  3. Don't know about those others but check this one..... Not that it matters a great deal because the spoiler is easily workable - not too much needed to mod a Strosek. Does the $3000 include the whole wide arch kit ? They can't seriously be asking that for just the front bumper
  4. Even it was in the budget they're on about making local councils hold a referendum over raising council tax (see BBC website today) as most of them are going up by twice inflation. Not that I'm against a referendum of course ;) but what do you reckon the chances are of a referendum about more fuel extortion ? About as much chance as getting a referendum over Europe :D At least we're no longer the country with the highest prices, thanks to the Euro. Apparently we're about 4th ! God alone knows what fuel prices would go up to if we were in it ! Er sorry - rant over ! :)
  5. Hmm.....now that's REALLY interesting ! The picture on that site is indeed the same photo, with the same cars in the background etc etc. However the bumper is a standard Strosek. That explains why the top of the air intake looks like it's hacksawed.........it's actually been modified in Paintshop Pro, or summat similar. The photo at the top of this thread is not of a real front spoiler; it's been edited. Luke's, however, will be real; and will also have mesh to protect your radiator/intercoolers. Maybe mine will be first one in the world, not just the first one in UK ;) And $1000 ? Blimey - are they taking the mick ? Add on import duty etc etc (I got stung for over £150 on my Stillen wing) that comes to about £750  For a standard Strosek.
  6. Go on then Mac - I'll be there to make up the numbers ! Someone's got to bring up the bottom of the list I guess  We ain't talking early morning though are we ? :smw:
  7. Luke's about to roll out a new front headlamp cluster based on the originals, but with indicators built inside, and an HID option. The lens cover will still be the same but there'll be three lights inside; one being an indicator. And it'll mean you can actually see when you've got dipped headlights on ;) Bring it on ! :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:
  8. No definite price yet, but Luke says cause it's based on the Strosek, but doesn't need any lights etc it should be about a hundred notes less than the Strosek, so probably about £340  Brings the Z right up to date eh ? All that extra cooling's got to be a bonus too :)
  9. No mate - didn't think of that :) Will do though ! nice work Vinz - top job !
  10. Remember the modified Strosek front end with the huuuge air intake from the "fekking gorgeous" thread ? Luke's working on it now and reckons they'll be ready to fit by the new year. He is gonna make a slight roll on the top of the intake though, to stop it looking like someone's just taken a hacksaw to it. He's also about to roll out a new front headlamp cluster based on the originals, but with indicators built inside, and an HID option; so if you go for the new bumper you won't have to stick those ugly idicators inside it ;) I'm first in the queue though
  11. Oh yeah - they come in blue and black too ! Cheers Luke ! konrad
  12. And there's more ;)
  13. And from the top......
  14. Brand spanking new knob from the Zcentre. Pretty fly for £50 huh ? Handmade too !
  15. Do you just get a NIP if they plan to take you to court, or when they're just gonna give you a fixed penalty ? Reckon I probably braked quick enough to get me within about 10 or so of the limit (I love APs ! :D ) once I saw it. And now you come to mention it I did see something about Dwight Yorke getting off that way :) Ta !
  16. Reading that link it might be time to black out my windows ! ;) Have to say I've never seen a speed trap outside a school - I'm shocked. Like you say though I've no concerns with having them there ! The one last night was a twin lane road with no houses or shops anywhere near. Should be classified as a dual carriageway but they've set the limit at 40, presumably to make more money with their trap
  17. Sorted - found a piccy myself, cheers ! Didn't notice if it had them or not :( Guess I'll just have to hope I don't get any nasty surprises through the letterbox  Cheers mate ! konrad PS. how's the RLTC working out for you ?
  18. nice one - cheers mate ! what are piezo markers though ?
  19. So hopefully I'd still see some action if it was on when I shot past it ?:hyper: I hope you're right mate cheers ! And yeah, you're right Stuart - they work from sensors under the road, hence why my detector didn't warn me  Still kickin myself though, cos I remember now someone told me they were putting cameras up there
  20. I didn't argue, I just went elsewhere. Midland Magneto did optical four wheel alignment for me and that made the ride much smoother, whether by luck or judgement :)
  21. Anyone know if they flash at night when they catch you, or if they're just infra-red ? Also, do they have film in them, like GATSOs, or are they digital ? Cheers ! :(
  22. Just a possible warning before you all take the trip up here ! May have changed now but when I've tried to get mine done there in the past they said they couldn't do it because it was modified from standard, so they had no record of what settings it needed. The equipment is pretty flash though and I've heard good reports from people who've taken standard cars there. Worth a quick call to make sure they will work on modified setups. :x:
  23. Just going by the list of manuals available on Courtesy's site I guess there must be some differences but I've only got the one myself. I guess you mean the paper version though, for about £80. Did you know you can get them on CD rom for about a tenner ? Try Luke at Zcentre. Printing off pages when you need em saves getting oily paw prints on your book ;)
  24. Twice couldn't outrun a viper; but then they couldn't gain ground on me either :D Get consistently outrun by a mate's WRX, but then that's only off lights and up to about 40 or 50. Any faster and it's mine ;) Nothing else has been up to the job :) I love Zs
  25.
