Jae 2016 poll
I will not be attending this, much like Si it's just not my bag. A well attended Zed meet however would be where I would want to be. I liked the Coventry idea with maybe a dedicated area to be able to chat and get to know faces and access to accommodation.

Where does our membership money go?
This is what REOs do my friend. The problem, as so many people have already pointed out is that there just isn't the numbers of Zeds left. My better half is also in the MX5 club and like this one it is full of helpful people; and here lies the difference, IT IS FULL. The summer run they organised for the East Anglia area had an attendance of over 70 MX5s. As you well know, if there is an event that you feel that others would be interested in, start a thread bud. It's just very hard to herd us altogether under one marque.

What front lip is this?
Looks like a custom job blended to the bumper. Car Mad on here does a lip iirc. I dont think it sticks out as far, which in my opinion is a good thing. Check his items out.

car getting painted in 4 weeks need help picking the best red paint
lol, it amazes me how much money some people have and how bad they waste it!! As for the guy in the driving seat, I bet he was cheap!

Oh no, it's back! You should have done the right thing and stole the badges!!

Dead Zed!
Get yourself a new battery and a trickle charger.

Richie's "Blue Thunder" Build Thread!!
Wow, that's a lot of links, however you have done an amazing job with that exhaust buddy and have some lovely stuff there; 10 years is a long time but I'm glad you have stuck with it. Bloody annoying these cars, they sink there teeth into you and don't let go! Good luck with build and glad you have your vava voom back!
-
Red Z project.
Definitely in agreement there. LWB IMO looks strange without a rear spoiler; it looks too balanced, meaning that the front and rear profile lines are too similar. It reminds me of how a child would draw a car.

Only glad to help within our small Z community! All the best.

Recommended turbo rebuilders..
Oooh, might I've seen you down Southend cruising although it was a few years ago now. I started going down the strip back in the early 90's, first in my vw beetle then my RS 2000 and later in my RS 500. With 01702 after your forum name you must be a local!

Recommended turbo rebuilders..
Yeah, Essex Turbos also had a good reputation. In my YB turbo days and whilst living in sunny Essex I knew a few Cossie owners who used them.
-
Recommended turbo rebuilders..
I've used Turbo Dynamics for a pair of 300 tubs. Very good service, they kept me informed of all issues that they found during the strip phase and asked my approval to carry out repair before commencing. A while ago now but iirc cost around £600. In my Ford days I used Turbo Developments, another reputable company. I have had only good experiences with both of these companies other than the cost lol.

Jaikai - Fall & Rise of my purple zed
I'm with you on that, no more bad luck! However, this Phoenix when it caught fire was fooking amazing; still my favourite cartoon of all time and when I hear or see your posts they remind me of this 'rise of the Phoenix'

Jaikai - Fall & Rise of my purple zed
Love these wheels, the Phoenix is going to be on fire like 'Battle of the Planets' for those who remember!

JoelyP's 300zx feature
No chance of that, the best colour has been shown!:dance:

JoelyP's 300zx feature
We can't really be disappointed with any negativity considering the company it's in. There were loads more 90s motors that could have joined the line up, lucky that a ZED made it at all. Well done JP!!
