mines a j psec tt, lights come on as follows, first click, lights closest together in the bumper fairly dim, helps if you click the fog lamp switch that brightens them up abit, 2nd click the circular lights in the side of the head lamp cluster as well as the previous, then full beam the main lights in the cluster but those alone, others go out. the light in generall are rubbish on these cars, you could try cleaning the lenses but you'll have to take the headlamps out and spend time heating the glue up so they will come apart, but its worth doing, if only for cosmetic reasons. make sure they are aligned properly. After that get yourself a H.I.D. upgrade, not too pricey and well worth it. i have they same problem and i would hazzard a guess that everyone else that doesnt have the upgrade has to drive around with the full beam on in order to see where they are going.

you could try jap-tech in southampton, or southwest zed which are a little further afield.

make sure you disconect the battery before so, otherwise you will get auxy fan running afterwards, and will have to reset ecu.

so if i get the car decatted it should be ok on the emmision test then?? dont wanna have to put them in again for the sake of an emmisions test

Hello All, Just trying to get abit of a gauge on what i should expect to pay to have a little work done on my zed. Oil cooler install (upgrade for auto Box) Boost controller install and set up. tansmission drain and refill. Its mainly the boost controller cost that i'm interested in, can probably do the other stuff myself, but whilst its in there it would save me a job. Was thinking maybe swz as its the closest z specialist to me, i think. cheers in advance.

ok, but is it when the car was actually built or when it was first registered in the uk, mine has bin in the uk for a good few years now, think I remeber seeing that if the car was first registered in the uk before 2000-2001 then it would be emmisions exempt, no doubt someone will tell me otherwise, lol. tend to be wrong alot at the moment, think i'll stick to ships.

its only the smokers who have any idea how difficult it is to give up, i have smked for about 8 years on and off, have given up for about 6 months is my longest stint without a tab. Will probably help to ban smoking in pubs etc... as this is the time when i really fancy a tab. 0870 or the 0845 numbers are usually national rate, which to a normal number i.e. depending on your service provider is relitively cheap, but these companies pull the wool over your eyes and it is going to be more expensive, round about the 10p per minute mark. thats not much I hear you cry.
