Nice little touches
You can buy the illuminated pannels from Zcenter. However you can do it yourself but if I remember correctly it's a bit of a pain to do properly.

Front brake squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling (again!!)
If it's doing it on and off without the brakes being applied, i.e. as you speed up the squeek's increase, sounds like warped discs.

Bonnet Alignment
I don't have any rubber stops on mine :o. I've always had bonnet life. At first I thought it was the bonnet sensor for the alarm but now I'm thinking it's the chrome fuse box cover or somehting else. Is thee a away to adjust the catch level of the bonnet ?

Just decated, will be putting cats back on now
There are 2 valves themselves, these are used to ventilate the crank case. However these two valves are embedded into two seperate pipes. Most people just by the pcv valves as a kit of 5 pipes. 4 are really easy to change, the fifth is at the back of the plenum and most people leave this one in place and only change the four sides ones. I persoanally changed them all and although a little tricky changing the back one, it's no where near as hard as chaging your water pipes that go through the firewall to the heater matrix. Try these links for how to's on changin the pcv valves http://www.300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=82560&highlight=PCV http://www.300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=68961&highlight=PCV Hope this helps.

is this for real 920bhp on ebay
Lee Got banned for constantly insulting the chairman (Mac1) according to the ban log. The car has never been dyno'd in this country as far as I'm aware, it was imported form Japan and already had the dyno charts with it, so in terms of UK BHP there's no way of telling if it will hit 920. I'm having to disagree a little with the advert he has put up. It says with further tuning and a little nos it wil hit 1000 bhp. ok nos will give it more but I think the car has pretty much been tuned to it's max, without NOS I don't think there is any more Horses hidden away in there. As for the MAC 1 destroyer, you can't really lay claim to something unless you have done it. I'm not aware that Mac has ever raced against this car, so that statement is a little lame if I'm honest. What's even worst is this statement he makes "This car has more power than a MAC1 fighter jet!!, infact a MAC1 wouldn't know which way to turn!!, (well that's because a MAC1 would never have the bottle to run, let alone run against this car!!)". I think as mentioned above he is very bitter. I'd be a little worried about thickness of the cylinder walls. I'm mean with 90mm pistons and a 3.2 bore I'd wanna make sure the block was frozen and tottaly blueprinted.

Front brake squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeling (again!!)
When you say they squeel, do you mean they are squeeling as you are driving or only when you press the brake pedal. I got my R33 GTR rebuild kit for the calipers from Abbey Motor sport recently for £68 delivered. Not sure what calipers you are running.

Just decated, will be putting cats back on now
Could be a number of things. Decatting and turbo fail is too commonly used in the same sentence. Ok, I decatted and about 4000 miles later I lost the seal on my passenger side turbo, but then the car at the time was approaching 80k miles and the suggested life span of a turbo (from nissan) is only 70k. So they probably still would have gone anyway, I just helped them along a little quicker. Give it a while, listen out for any noise like a bag of nail rattling as you enter boost. See if the smoke dies down after a while. Check / change your PCV valves.

The pod on Saturday
I know it was raining, I'm just wondering what sort of times you guys ran ?. I couldn't make it in the end. Had a bunch of decking delivered in the morning and had to shift it all through the house to the back garden.

Will it be ok to drive with stock ic's ?
SMW1 checks outside his house to see if he still has an engine of the exact same spec in his car :)

polyurethane bumpers
The Stillen front bumper is not made in rubber never was and I very much doubt it ever will be. Do you have the stillen logo etched in the drivers side front ?. This will confirm that it's an original. If that's the case it will be poly not rubber. The fact that in it's natural form it's black, probably makes them think it's rubber. I've had two original still fronts on mine (both the same bumper) both imported form the states, both have the logo and both were black poly when they arrived. The current stillen bumper on mine now has been there for over 4 years now. I've never had any bubble or paint flake with and I don't get any stone chips either which is quite surprising, they just seem to bounce off.

why English is so hard to learn
lol either I had to read some of them a few times.

My problem worsens :(
yup between 44 - 46 so 45 is perfect. Mine was running at 18 psi LMAO !!. Sorted it now though thanks to Topless. Do you have an adjustable FPR ?
-
Quick paint job ?
This has got to be a pain to fit. Unless it's a little on the stretchy side. I saw some Nova chav racer a few years ago at North Weald show. He actually vinyled the outside of his panells. Ever panel on the car was wrapped in vinyl. Not sure how long it would last, especially places like the bonnet or near the exhaust.

Max boost
1 PSI = 0.07 bar Stock boost 9 PSI = 0.62 bar Safty Boost 7 PSI = 0.48 bar Not sure how this converts into other pressure measurements, google it I guess.

R33/R34/Z33 Brembo's
I think these two comments contradict each other. Can someone clarify which of them is correct ?

Boost Leak Or Dodgy MAF/AFM???
At Idle the boost gauge will never go above 0. You should be sitting at about -20 (not sure what this would be on the stock gauge) when at idle and you can rev till your hearts content but it will nto go into boost until you are actually moving.

Paintball contest between regions !

Fastest Zed In Country?

Boost Leak Or Dodgy MAF/AFM???
May well be worth grabbing a can of carb cleaner as the sensor may be covered in dust and crap that has squeezed though the filter and built up. Resetting the ECU alone will not solve your problem. If it does it will only be a tempoary fix until you try and drive it again and then what ever is causing the fault will continue to do so. Get yourself down to halfords and grab some carb cleaner. Give the MAF and it's connections a good clean and see how you go. If you eliminate one thing at a time, sooner or later you will find the problem.

Ferodo DS2500 v Mintex 1155 ?
Sorry Joel tha was a typo, mine are 330's just slightly bigger than the standard 324's . I bought my original brembo discs brand new for £350 + VAT, they're not as cheap as some of the others but I guess you're paying for the name and expecting the quality as well. Well if they don't make mintex for the R33 GTR calipers, looks like I have no choice but to pay the £110 for the DS2500's. Are there any others that will definately give no brake squeel ?
