Evening all - and thank you to everyone who has offered their time and cars for the show...!
We certainly have more interest than the three cars needed, and as yet no decision has been made (IE no votes cast) with regards exhibitors. Which leads me onto the deciding factor....
The club is not in a position to pay for exhibitors' accommodation, due to the financial outlay and the benefit such expense has to each and every member. Whilst we may be able to make a nominal contribution, please bear in mind that you would have to cover any costs yourselves.
Which is why I ask once more, who is prepared to step up and commit to the whole thing?
In the past, I have organised an Air B&B to mitigate costs - but due to the difficulty in meeting everyone's requirements, I would rather leave that to the exhibitors to manage themselves as necessary.
If you are still interested, please do let me know!
