  1. we have two cats. both newtered males. we have fields all around us so its like big buffet outside the front door. they bring in full sized rabits and decapitate them in the living room. that makes alot of mess. the worst was a wood pigeon. that got plucked under the bed and took me about two hour to clean up. bless them. i think my cat is getting revenge on me for calling him nismo
  2. what does the little button thing on the left of the photo, i aint got one on my swb
  3. thanks mate, i have side mounts at the moment so might have to have a bit of a play
  4. where have people mounted the box under the arch? i have a spare loom so i could use that to extend the wires but it would be nice not to cut too many
  5. cool. there are going to be some nice swbs soon
  6. thanks for all the pics guys, so far i have ditched the hicas, all the aiv valves etc, no cruise control, clutch bleeder, welded up all the holes and smoothed the mounts for the hicas. i still have the pas pot mountings but i think after seeing some of the pics i might dith that and relocate. i am also planning on moving the fuse box to under the wing, relocate thae battery to the boot (small dry cell) and remove the battery tray. i would also like to do something with the fuel filter -any thoughts Ant you bay looks fantastic, mine is black aswell. all hoses etc will be black with the odd bit of alloy and crome around. i may paint the plemum crackle red but im not too sure on that yet. but it would be the only coloured item. keep the ideas comming
  7. anyone got some decent photos of a smoothed engine bay on a zed, doing mine and im looking for a bit of inspiration
  8. if it were both and the exhaust has no x pipe then i would be supprised if it were both turbo seals
  9. front or rear?
  10. over cooling the oil can be just as bad as too hot. im sure nissan did their homework on this one and would be a waste of money fitting anything bigger anyway if the std cooler was up to the job. im not sure but i think the manual has a larger cooler than the auto too
  11. these were my wheels before i refurbed them - very jap enkie rpo1 now look like this
  12. looks like a nice car. looks like a good price too not sure about the wing and wheel though
  13. as said above bit of a shame to see it modified but its all reversable i thought the orange car (just been sold?) was despoilerd. please tell me it has not just had that wing put on again. swb from hereford?
  14. wow i want a faster boat now
  15. you wouldnt say that if you saw it at the moment. just starting to fill and sommth the engine tonight. cleanded up under the drivers side arch last night. hardly any rust under there so a bit of a wire brush and rust treatment followed by some zink primer and stone chip and all will be well. engine bay needs alot of wire brushing in the drill to remove surface rust where brake fluid had leaked followed by some etch primer and filler where i want to smooth out the seams/strut tops etc
  16. are you sure he cold weather has not just killed your battery
  17. you could also think about evo or sti discs. same pcd not sure about the centre bore though
  18. the wheels are enkei rp01, they were blue/black but ive refurbed them whith a polished lip 9x17 front 10x17 back. i always wanted my lwb (in the background) to be despoilered but i think it suits the swb much better. ill post up some pics of the interior work im doing later Performance wise engine will be about as far as you can go without new injectors/turbos for the time being i have a fidenza flywheel and will prob go for a n/a back end and no hicas. tein coilovers and a subtle brake upgrade
  19. i have a decent wetsuit so all should be fine on that front
  20. just alot of tidying up no spoilers etc
  21. well ive had if for a month or so. its now in bits but here are a few photos before and ill get some current ones andmy refurbed aloys
  22. wow, i want i think the rib will do about 30 knots flat out. do i need much apart from some skies and a rope!
  23. i was thinking of getting into a bit of water sking. me and my mate bought a small (4m) rib last summer. its only got a 30hp yamaha on it but it does shift, would it be enough to give it a go. its more of a dive boat but still great fun and its very light so gets up on the plain real easy
  24. i had that controler (without gauge) before on my s14 ordered from hong kong and turned up within a week. 2 boost levels just turn each dial and press a button to go between the two. simples. worked perfectly and no setup to faf around with. great value. i will buy one for the zed some day
