Dude stock tubs dont run 21psi,i dont care what your claiming in aint happening,heat soak and impeller size permits this,its not possible.Im running gt525 turbos which run the largest impeller you can fit in stock housing and 18psi they flatline.Ive seen it on the dyno during mapping you can crank the gain etc to what you like they wont produce past that limit.Im open to new stuff but this is frankly hilarious.Flame me if you like but ive fitted many hybrid turbos and know what they can produce.If you wanna shit and call it chocolate carry on,And nobody runs stock headgaskets for big power,ask kyle puckett for a 500hp engine and see what gaskets it comes with.

I would advise front and rears the Akebono fronts are HUGE so bias would be out.

Exactly Bri,a flap disc is far better to dress welds,grinders are harsh and remove to much material,linish the welds flat and it should be fine,pulse the welds in if you cant do a flat out seam,and pull dont push,car welding is the only time you should pull the welder to avoid heat build up.

when ive imported a full quota of engine parts plus tubs and injectors costing $4000 the import is around £350 as a guide.

Some nice work there Pete,just to give peeps an insight into splitters and their effect on the car,jaffas rear splitter is pulling his bumper fixings off at the sides it creates that much down force,see youve gone for braces Pete,should hold it on nicely,may have to look at something along those lines for James in the future.

sounds like the lower universal joint where the column meets the rack,remove the steering shaft and check its free,do not undo the uj on the rack as youll have problems getting the steering wheel straight again.You may be able to free it up with WD40.

95 cars had a blank as standard,i have some plenum blanks made from alloy Steve if you want some ?

Anybody doing this be sure to fit the correct hoses,the most common hoses are intended for ball bearing turbos and have an oil restrictor,this will prove fatal to a thrust bearing tub such as the t25 if wrongly fitted.

5m is massive bud,2.5 and standing proud is fine,your looking for a good hieght and not width,the squish is where its at,if the bead is tall it will seal well.
