Well as im sure most of you guessed by now lol with me breaking my grey zed i ahve another :) here she is, all my fancy bits put on though after the pic was taken and it does look much better than in the pic now its had a good wash wax and the wheels cleaned, i still have my deep dish alloys to put on later and now allot of parts to sell from the breaker and a few from the new one will try and get a few more pics sorted out soon guys :) i also put my apexi on and it has japspeed pipes most of the way through :punk:

It's taken a few months to fit, but finally a fluxx capacitor has been fitted that allows my zed to go back in time, and fly :clap: . Oh wait a min :dots: .. no its just on some axle stands. Zed is undergoing some minor repairs. new front wings and door, new discs, and possibly refurb the wheels while they're off!

Living in the land of sugar beets, there is plenty of material around for brewing alcohol and as its not for drinking, the ethanol (and other alcohols which brew) is fairly easy and safe to do - just don't smoke. my question is, running this in a zed. I know about various seals dissolving etc but could a conversion be made to the engine and obviously timings to cater for higher alcohol, either mixed in the fuel or directly injected. I understand that LPG can run, albeit with the issue of the engine leaning out much early but can be overcome with custom ecu's and dynamic mappings. Hi, I need to change my wheel bearings; I think Jeff told me it was best to change the while of something because by the time I have got the old ones out the hub or something it will be knackered. Anybody know what it is I have to do before I waste my money just getting the bearings done? Not sure what wheels are humming eitheryet. Thanks

Hi I have installed the Z1 hicas bar and removed the hicas + tubes to the back. But I was wondering if the hicas light was supposed to light up when the job was done. Do I have to remove the bulb?

Its something that bugged me for a while, I've driven past loads of 350z's when I've been out in my 300zx, they dont flash, wave, nod or even acknowledge as I'd expect them to. Do they not understand the heritage and previous history to how their car came about? :2guns:

Not got money for more power right now (well I do, but I'm trying to save a little) so wanting to tighten the car up a little and lighten her. I know how heavy the stock seating arrangement is up front (after struggling to get the driver seat in the car), so have a dry carbon bucket seat from a ferrari waiting to go in her :tt1: which weighs the grand sum of nothing. Hi, I've tinted the rear lights on many cars in my life. I remember the first couple of times I ended up with a fairly glossy finish. The last couple of cars I did (more memorable was my Probe) I ended up with a very dull flat matt finish. Now maybe tint spray has changed over the years, maybe I've used a cheaper brand or something. Not sure. I want to do my Zed (just smoked not totally black) but I want a glossy finish. Any ideas or suggestions how I ensure I end up with a glossy result? The matt or glossy finish seems to be random. I seem to remember applying clear lacquer in the past, but seem to remember it reacting with the tint. …

Does anybody know what type of bulb holder I need for the 501 lamps for bumper side markers? Obviously I know they are 501 lamp holders but which type of holder do I need and where can I get 2 from? Cheers, Dan
