  6. The final outcome is that the French authorities will not accept the imported car and therefore he cannot get it registered, looks like we are together for a while longer, bright side is it appears to be appreciating asset at last. cheers guys.
  7. I thought it was strange, however this guy appears legitimate, he is coming over on the train and is paying in cash, £ notes, he is also arranging for the vehicle to be licensed across there. The point about it being worth while travelling here for a right hand drive car is well made , I can only assume that he is starting a collection and yes they are cheaper here. he seems to know the game and is a professional journalist, so live and learn.
  8. The car was imported from Japan 1n 2003 but unfortunatly when I bought it I was not given any import paper work.
  9. So the current MOT is not required, or a certificate of conformity from Nissan Europe ?
  10. I have a contact in Northern France who wishes to purchase my car, which is a japanese import to the UK in 2004. He then wishes to drive it back to France and register the vehicle there in his name. What documents will I need to supply to him ?
  11. These are Stern alloys split rim and the rears are running 245 45 17 with no problems if that helps cos I dont know the off set.
  12. I have 215 45 17 tyres on at the moment and want to know if I could fit Pirelli Asimmetrico 225 45 17 91Y P Zero Tyres without them touching the arches on a standard 90 auto tt lwb import. Cheers.
