Hi everyone, im breaking my zed and need to find some cheap steelys so i can take the alloys off and still move it around. just need some wheels that will fit the stud pattern as im going to take the breaks off. cheers!

Changed my dodgy o2 sensor today and it's now working as expected, but now the bleeding right hand one is not working :headvswal. Was before, I changed the l/h one. I've saved a log file in conzult that shows idle's then is taken upto 2000rpm+ then back to idle again. If I email the log file, can somebody run it through the conzult analyzer and let me know if it's looking alright and If I now need to change the right hand o2. The car setup is currently; Standard non-chipped ECU, Decats, Apexi Filter, Blitz SBC set on 9psi. Cheers Steams

Passed MOT today so i'm one step closer to racing at the Brighton Speed Trials in September! They did say that my aftermarket brake lines need to be fixed to the bracket by where they connect to the hard pipe lines. Has any one needed to do this? If so, how?

Right guys, i need some advice: I have not been using the zed recently as she was making a slight tapping noise from the top of the engine. I thought it might be sticky lifters so used some Wynns lifter treatment, it got quieter. I had the hesitation issues so swapped the MAF, she stopped hesitating. I went out today and took her around the ringroad where i live, and the tapping from before, is now much louder and a bit deeper. here is a couple of short vids with sound. Pics as requested. The spoiler is either an original wings west or a very good copy. A few minor scratches. the securing bolts are shot (rusted when i removed) but would need new ones fitting to secure (maybe a pm to carmad) In KH3 nissan black. comes with the brake light, but casing only, as the led lights got wet. I gave groover the led board at a meet to see if he could do anything with it. If its for rose's zed, would need preping. if interested just cover the postage, or courier and its yours. Stu

Changed the clocks to UK the other day and now the speedo don't work. After a bit of reading I reckon it's because I haven't removed the speedo converter. My question is what the hell does it look like?????????? Any pics would be good as there is a load of what can only be described as crap behind my dash LOL. Yesterday I removed just short of 5KG of old stereo cable !!!!!!!!!!! Cheers, Rob

Looking for a bit of info on any HKS turbos available for the 300zx. The GT2530s are obviously fairly popular. But does anyone have any info on the GT2510s and 2510s? I have scrolled tinternet and cant find much info at all. There seems to be a bit on Twinturbo.net but i just cant figure that site out. I'm basically after the spec for the above turbos. I assume the Gt2510s and 2510 are fundamentally the same, but the GTs being BB? How does these compare with stock? Are there any more HKS turbos? Does anybody run these, have any experience with these? Sorry for the 20 questions. Thanks

well i was thinking of selling up, advertised a few places aswell, but everytime somebody phoned for the car i found myself trying to put them off and rejecting all offers.... so clear to say deep down i didnt want rid, cant think of a car id rather have in all honesty, so its here to stay... so anybody know any good classic insurance companys?:shuriken:

My z`s battery has just lately started to let me down, well at least I am assuming it is the battery, a quick jump from another car starts it up, is there a way I can rule out a bad alternator or something that may be drainign the battery? Dont want to replace it if there is no need. Thanks guys, Dan

Hopefully this is just a sticky needle... A week or so ago the boost guage stuck on zero, car drove fine so I took it to a road where I could get some boost action to make try and nudge the needle but nothing happened. Later that day after the engine had been off and on a few ties it just went back to normal. Been fine since, til yesterday when it happened again and now wont budge back or forward, sitting just past the zero mark. Any suggestions, is this just a sticky needle or sign of something more sinister? had a look under the bonnet, found one cracked hose and sorted that. After Mark's thread I'm wondering if I've installed my SBC correctly. ok i have a HKS controller i have seen this link here http://www.zmods.org/index.php?page=profec_b but a few things look a little odd can some one confirm that the 300zx is a Single Port actuator i'm 100% it is .. all so when taking off the electronic safety soliond i will be left with just pipe coming from actuator ... both of the actuators get plumbed togeather then to the Control unit ? then do i take a Vac from Throttle boddy like it says in my hks manual or can i take it from balence bar ? all so the two original wast gate pipes to the main boost pipes up front do u plumb them together then on to the control unit ? hope this is r…

Hi all, I'm going away on Friday till mid November, need to 'store' my 300ZX and 350Z. What is the best way to store the batteries? In the bay disconnected or remove completely? Any other tips would be good. Cheers
