Morning guys hoping you can help or shed some “light” as the case may be….. Got my H3 HID’s delivered last night. Good stuff Went to fit them and everything but when it came to clip them in to place the clip isn’t pushing down on the bulb to hold it in to place. I removed the hid and compared the bulb and it looks like the original H3c bulb has some kind of “wings” that are between the bulb and the base which make the base sit higher in the little channel thus allowing the clip to push on the base much sooner. Has anyone else experienced this? More to the point, has anyone got a good fix? Rather than spacer the base upwards and bring the hid light…

Well thanks to Lee Dent and Sussex Stu, I have my Zed performing like it has never done before, its quicker more responsive and performs very well. Now, the only problem left is it still misses a beat now and again, and hunts sometimes. This is more common when it is hot I think. I do have a greddy system in my car, and have been told it needs setting up correctly which I have in hand now.....would this cause those issues, or is there something simple I should look at replacing..... Thank you

As I recently changed my seats to leather, I wanted the armrest to match. As a SWB armrest in leather seem hard to find, I plumped for chancing a LWB one and making it fit (they are about 20mm longer). As luck would have it, Mackam Maz had a LWB one up for sale in good condition and at a nice price, so I thought I would see what I could do ... Thankfully, for once, Mr Nissan kindly didn't redesign the whole part ! After disassembling we find all we need to do is a bit of hacksaw action and we can fit the LWB top section onto the SWB base with very little problem :) Peel back the leather and mark it up: Cut it off: Trim the leather…

Wonder if you guys could help me, whilst the past decade + of business has been a constant learing and relearning of new ways to promote and keep the best service available I am always keen to hear others views. Below is a series of pm`s from a customer who I concidered had received a good service with a fair price and tech help to boot. Unfortuntately there has been a problem a few months later that to be fair has not been substantiated by ourselves but as usual we take things as we are told as there is no reason to think other wise and so offered tech support and advise and later a replacement part, to keep cost down for us we sent the part by Royal Mail not …

  21. Hi Guys, Do any of you have kids that go in the back of the 300? Reason I am asking is the seat belts in the back are not normal like the ones in the front of the car. The ones in the back just strap over you waist as it were is the best I can describe it. Now the booster seats - don't go in the back very well due to the shape of the seat. So I was wondering does anyone know if I can just have the kiddies in the back with the seat belt fastened and no booster? As I thought the booster was for the type of belts in the front of cars. Any help appreciated. regards Dave

hey folks, just wondering about prices for a 'drive in drive out' manual conversion in Scotland, is there any specialists etc...i wouldn't actually mind buying the parts and doing it myself, could it be done over a weekend etc??? i do like the auto to drive, but not having full control of the gears has started to wear thin very quickly :( i did see somewhere that did it down south but it was £1200 or something like that, i would deffo prefer a conversion than looking for another manual 300, with the exception of a few blemishes i've managed to pick up a really decent car, the motor seems really well looked after etc...anyway, as mentioned above, any specialist in Sco…
