This is about the 99 spec bumper I have for sale on Ebay. A guy who clearly has a Z32 due to his user name and may have used Google translate has asked if/how I can send to Spain. Has anyone sent anything so large across europe? I dont want to brush him off, knowing from personal experience what it is like trying to buy something across borders and language (and he has good feedback on Ebay). Any tips appreciated. he is clearly nuts about his car and going for the '99 look when I looked at his 100% feedback including from some members here. Here is the message. Thanks :) hello good I am very interested in this article. not easy to buy here…

what do you all think of these? If you have one which one do you have as there's a few options such as TZR X-SS, TZ-XSS, TZR-SS or TZ-SS. 2 of which need a southbend flywheel. Thanks Lee

This may be a little odd to some. But does anyone have any pics of which bolts are for the gearbox??. All mine are mixed up in a toolbox and would save a lot of hassle to have a picture to compare with when trying to find all the correct bolts to refit the gearbox on. Thankyou for any help.

On the rear bumper after a few miles after being cleaned, these appear. Originally my first thoughts were that it could be oil, but when I wash the bumper with cold water, it doesn't smear like you'd expect from oil, it comes away more as a dust... Does it sound possible that the engine is just running too rich? When driving the car it does smell of unburnt or rich fuelling. Any thoughts would be appreciated :)

As the title suggests, at times I think the clutch is slipping. On any other car I've had, I've been able to categorically say one way or the other for definite whether the clutch is slipping or not. Not so on my Zed. One day it seems fine, another it doesn't feel quite right, esp when the turbo's kick in. I did wonder at one time if the wheels were spinning rather than clutch slip, but I guess not! I think the clutch has only done around 40k. I know that the system is slightly different on these cars, in so far that there is some form of servo in the system. Any thoughts?

z32 1990 tt import starts fine when cold but when she warms up she starts but wont idle but if you give it a bit of throttle she starts and runs at 2000+ revs the minuite you back it off to idle it dies if you try to catch it with a bit of throttle before it dies it bogs and drops the revs till it stops checked plugs they were very sooted and black cant find an air leak has no stored codes and good fuel pressure if i unplug the maf it wont start or do bugger all im thinking either ptu? or bad fuel? unfortunately it wont run long enough to gas myself so i really need to get it running hope someone can give me an idea

Hi, I have xenon lights that I have trouble with. On the driver side the xenon light will not work. It's fine on the passenger side. I have tried to swap the bulb and that works. Also tried another ballast on both side. It works on the passenger side but not the driver side. Checked volts in to the ballast and it's the same on both sides. I'm at a loss here. Anyone have an idea what it could be

Bought this one home yesterday, apparentley no stranger to this club/forum. I had this off Friday (Leigh) and after a quick wash and check over it appears to be a very straight clean example, probably because of the time its spent in his garage. Not a bit of rust anywhere. I have another engine to go into it as this one is only firing on 3, but it did fire up with a new battery. This is for the wife as she does'nt want a TT after driving mine, so i'm not complaining. It was on 4 x spacesavers, so i've put on a set of 18s I took off my TT. Once the engine is swapped over, it will get a thorough service, brakes etc and sorted for next spri…

Hi All My Z has been pretty well bulletproof for the past 7 years but I went to use it yesterday and as I started it, I noticed about half a cup of water on the passenger side mat (fresh cuz it was sat on top and hadn't started to soak in). Hoping it might be a screen wash pipe disconnected or something, I decided to look later. Drove a couple of miles to the shops where on restarting the engine, it dumped another half a cupful of water on the mat. Smelled radiator like this time. Drove home and checked - tiny amount of radiatior water loss but also, the radiator wasn't pressurised like it would normally be. Does anyone have any idea what the most likely pro…

My interior is out while im having welding done. The black leather seats are in good condition, but have a few deepish scratches, not through the leather more like the black of the leather if that makes any sense. I have been looking at dye's to hide these, as in fill the scratch, and buff to match. dont want to have to redo the whole seats, anyone have any recommendations on stuff used.

Hi guys, Need your help again. Decided to put my set of UK clocks that I'd tarted up with some EL dials, put it back together and the speedo reads zero and the milometer stays at the same reading. It used to have KM clocks with I'm led to believe a speed converter thing, not 100% sure on that as it wasn't accurate. Driving it back to the UK tomorrow so could do with it lol. On a serious note is it required to be working for an MOT? Cheers

Sorry, not really yet another SWB TT offset vs arch rolling question I'm afraid: ET +16 (11.5") wide on rear would rolling of the rear arches suffice or will these rims require the fitting of wide arches/overfenders etc? thanks

Having just fitted the Tailgate trim I think I am missing a bit! If you open the tailgate there are 2 side trim pieces which run towards the inside if the car and the bit I am missing would join these 2 pieces up running horizontally along the edge closest to the inside of the car. Is there meant to be a piece of trim there or am I imagining it?
