Where do you all source your aftermarket fogs lights from? I need to get a pair for the fronts but they're an awkwards oval shape and not sure where to start looking (aside from Halfords!) Thanks in advance Vig

seen various larger disc options with relocation brackets to fit standard calipers. is it worth/beneficial to upgrade to larger front discs whilst retaining the standard calipers. i was thinking something like 345mm drilled and grooved discs, but my aim is to improve braking force/ stopping power. would be good to hear from people with bigger discs...... as they have experienced the change. thanks in advance

I love my 300zx, and i have put over 1000 hours into it. Alas, the alure of the origional z's is getting to me. 240z is out of my budget by a long shot. Was wondering if i could direct fit 240z tail light section into the 260z? Also if there was anything to be wary of. Here is the one i'm looking at: http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/cars/nissan/auction-422328737.htm Any input greatly appreciated guys.

Hey guys, I have just bought myself my first 300zx this evening  which I will post up in the Newbie section as soon as its actually in my possession! The problem occurred when the transporter turned up to collect it we couldn't get it on his truck! The car is lowered and has a long front bumper and low back bumper and literally didn't stand a chance of getting onto the truck without destroying it. :cursing: Its also a non-runner so needs to be winched onto the trailer Does anyone know of a car transporter that has a very low trailer, based around London or Norwich which are the pick-up and drop off points? Unfortunately I don't have a vehicle wit…

I have a wiring diagram for both EURO and JSPEC. The JSPEC matched up perfectly when wiring up the ISO in my black n yellow one, but now I am trying to re-wire the stereo in the UK grey one. The diagram I have is pretty useless so I'm wondering if it was for a series 2 UK car, and the series 1 is totally different. Has anyone got experience with this, or a correct diagram that can help me out? I searched the forum first and didnt get anything. I dont want to wire thing thing up wrong :sweatdrop:

as title suggests, clutch is very audible when pressing the pedal, hope its not a sign that the master's on its way out. it was once an automatic if that makes any difference.

Well folks - Nissan Idol 2012 has started! Due to various time restraints we had to hold off on the competition this year but can confirm Round 1 will appear in the Jan-Feb 2012 issue (out just before xmas). When the Idol competition ran in 2010 there were over 186,000 votes cast over the rounds and final. The competition is back and this is your chance to be named Idol 2012. If the title isn’t enough, here is the prize package so far : - £250 voucher to spend with JapSpeed - £250 voucher to spend with Synionic - £150 prize package from Dodo Juice - Cover feature in the Nov-Dec 2012 issue - A lifetime subscription to the magazine - Hoodi…

Hi guys, Got some Eibach 15mm Spacers, without them I can't fit my brembo brakes. The nuts are sitting to proud causing the wheels to not sit properly. Only realised after I fitted them and scuffed the back of the wheel. Doh! Had a look at Jeffs thread but didn't see a solution to the problem, as far as I'm concerned I haven't bought crappy parts and I am using the nuts that come with them. Cheers, Rob

This is about the 99 spec bumper I have for sale on Ebay. A guy who clearly has a Z32 due to his user name and may have used Google translate has asked if/how I can send to Spain. Has anyone sent anything so large across europe? I dont want to brush him off, knowing from personal experience what it is like trying to buy something across borders and language (and he has good feedback on Ebay). Any tips appreciated. he is clearly nuts about his car and going for the '99 look when I looked at his 100% feedback including from some members here. Here is the message. Thanks :) hello good I am very interested in this article. not easy to buy here…

what do you all think of these? If you have one which one do you have as there's a few options such as TZR X-SS, TZ-XSS, TZR-SS or TZ-SS. 2 of which need a southbend flywheel. Thanks Lee

This may be a little odd to some. But does anyone have any pics of which bolts are for the gearbox??. All mine are mixed up in a toolbox and would save a lot of hassle to have a picture to compare with when trying to find all the correct bolts to refit the gearbox on. Thankyou for any help.

On the rear bumper after a few miles after being cleaned, these appear. Originally my first thoughts were that it could be oil, but when I wash the bumper with cold water, it doesn't smear like you'd expect from oil, it comes away more as a dust... Does it sound possible that the engine is just running too rich? When driving the car it does smell of unburnt or rich fuelling. Any thoughts would be appreciated :)

As the title suggests, at times I think the clutch is slipping. On any other car I've had, I've been able to categorically say one way or the other for definite whether the clutch is slipping or not. Not so on my Zed. One day it seems fine, another it doesn't feel quite right, esp when the turbo's kick in. I did wonder at one time if the wheels were spinning rather than clutch slip, but I guess not! I think the clutch has only done around 40k. I know that the system is slightly different on these cars, in so far that there is some form of servo in the system. Any thoughts?

z32 1990 tt import starts fine when cold but when she warms up she starts but wont idle but if you give it a bit of throttle she starts and runs at 2000+ revs the minuite you back it off to idle it dies if you try to catch it with a bit of throttle before it dies it bogs and drops the revs till it stops checked plugs they were very sooted and black cant find an air leak has no stored codes and good fuel pressure if i unplug the maf it wont start or do bugger all im thinking either ptu? or bad fuel? unfortunately it wont run long enough to gas myself so i really need to get it running hope someone can give me an idea
