Had my NA on ebay. I thougth id give it one go on there. If it sold, id buy a TT, if it didn't, i'd convert mine. Had a couple of silly offers (As you do on ebay!). I had an offer that was a bit less than i wanted, but wasn't silly, so i counter offered £1500 (was up for £2000). He came today, and loved it. Id told him all about the TT bumper and the fact that the fresh paint was the wrong shade, and he was still happy to drive 2.5 hours to see it. Decent test drive later, and the money was in my pocket. Im 50/50 with it. I know it'll be a lot less hassle to buy a TT, than convert mine. Just fitted a fuel pressure sensor into my fuel line and it's **** leaking up the screw threads. Any ideas ????

hi ive just finished doing my auto to manual conversion and have had it up and running although when up to normal operating temp its idling slightly high 1400 rpm how can i adjust

only ridden one on holidays etc, just need something cheap and cheerful, journey will be mostly to and from work which is around 4 miles each way. any help suggestions? thanks.

Hi have developed an oil leak that has been getting steadily worse,mate had a quick look today and says he feels it's the rear crankshaft oil seal? is this a big job to get fixed ? is it an engine out job?more importantantly is it expensive ?i will have to pay to get it fixed as thick when it comes to cars.Also car has a flat spot when you blip the throttle?calipers sticking and rust is coming back on the sills.Starting to lose interest in the old girl.

Well im taking my zed to have its tracking, camber and corner weighting done next week. What settings should i be aiming at? Its on tein HA coilovers with 18x9.5 wheels all round? I have never heard of corner weighting before have any of you guys had this done and is it worth it?

Anybody know if the pistons as the same size front and rear? i.e. if I want to refurb a set of four calipers then can I just buy 3 sets of individual front refurb kits and split one of them to do the rear?

Hi guys, gonna have a go at rebuilding a spare engine I have, wanted forged pistons, rods, and acl bearings. Anyone know the best place to buy them from cheapest and easiest options seems everywhere I look ends up in America. Is that where everyone is buying from or is there somewhere hiding in England. What pistons and rods are best to buy, wanna buy cheapest possible but would rather pay bit more then buy ones that ain't any good. Any help appreciated thank u.

Hi guys, finally after almost a year the car is running and ready to go on the road , taxed and mot'ed too . had a few setbacks last year as i had to go work outside of london for a bit of time and then the car was runningbadly and it turns out the ECU board was damaged and the chip also , would like to give a massive thanks to Jeff and Jamie at zedworld for providing a chipped ECU to fit my spec so quickly :D The car isnt completely finished as theres still some things to do , for example fit and remap my EMS but thats only after the run in phase is done , need to sort out the boost controller as its acting a bit up ( bad connection ) , paint work still needs touch…

When I brake hard or park facing down hill, all of my screen wash drains out if my bonnet jets. It is a slicktop so the reservoir is in the boot. Any ideas?
