I've got autogauge smoked water temp, boost, and oil pressure, and recently, my oil pressure gauge has been playing up, a tiny blip of the throttle and the needle just shoots straight up in an instant, then eventually drops straight back down, but is very twitchy, I had put it down to a faulty sender, but then my water temp gauge started being weird, the needle would suddenly drop too low when fully warmed up, and was twitching up to proper temp and back down again, with exactly the same rhythm and movement as the oil pressure gauge needle, deffo not a coincidence, could it be interference or a ground problem? Cheers, Tudor...

I've been wheel hunting for months now and have had several quotes. Its a difficult choice. I had a quote for a set of 3 piece forged split rims from the states. They said that if i opt for 8" fronts, they could build the wheels as 2 piece instead of 3. This would create a saving of £600 over the 3piece 9" fronts. Your thoughts? 8" seems a little skinny, but £600 is a fair saving.

I'm trying to find a thread about correcting the fitment of the 99 spec gear knob. It tells you how to fix it if when screwed on fully it doesn't line up properly. All I can find is either people selling cars (get this with every search I do!) or asking if "this will fit" Anyone able to help? Cheers steams

Managed a whole day on my 2 project cars! The 200sx had the custom subframe fitted along with the steering rack, also burned out and removed the track control arms and bottom arms suspension bushes ready for the powerflex poly bushes. On the 300zx the exhaust removed including cats and downpipes, didn't realise it was a hks super dragger! Prop and starter motor off so the engine is now ready to come out and drop in the 200sx! 350 twin turbo horses here we come! Other engine for the 300 won't be long at Jimmers although pmi sending 1 x88mm, 4 x 81mm and 1x 80mm piston rings isn't helping and will cost time but being done is Port/polish Arp rods Wiseco…

Trying to install a Toad alarm in my 91 NA and the wiring is different to my 96 TT which to me in comparison was a snitch to install. Pain in the ass is the word, So far ive figured this : White - Constant 12V Black (white stripe) - Ignition Black (red stripe) - ??? Blue - Accesory 12V Black (yellow stripe) - ??? Can anyone identify the other two ?

Not sure if this is normal, but when I depress the clutch pedal there is about 1" of loose travel before I feel any kind of resistance. I may be imagining this but it seems to feel a tad stronger to depress. Clutch still works though.

Went for a drive down to lincoln to go pick up my new engine rear cover from gonzos. All has been ok(ish) over the last 900miles ive done since putting car back on the road. On way home i got about 10mile from lincoln when i see steam coming out from bonnet and i think the dreaded noooooooo. Turns out the turbo waterfeed hose had split and to try and get to and repair at roadside is not a good thing. Luckily after making a couple of calls i had some help with people bringing me some tools(thankyou gonzo) and water in bottles from my friend mark. 3hrs later from seeing the steam it was all fixed and back on the way home again. Alll i can say is although it was…
