It appears that Haynes didn't produce a manual for the 300ZX but I've seen some listing's on ebay for digital workshop manuals. Can any recommend one?

Not done one for a long time as they used to be done monthly. Best time to start the comp is the start of the new year so lets get it going.

Saw this clean UK spec original Z on Pistonheads, at the surprisingly low price of £22,495! It was originally at £29,995 which is what I’d expect it to be worth. https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/16723286 The dealerships MD has owned since 2014 which is a good sign and some maintenance work completed, although no note of who carried out the work… Probably a good buy for someone at this price. Over the years, I’ve had an itch to own a completely original Z, in my dream 2 car Z garage, so always keeping an eye out (even though I definitely cannot afford one for quite a few years to come!).

Would +35 work on a 19 x 9 in front or does it have to be +25 for that size? Planning 19 x 10 +35 in the rear. This is for a 1995 Twin Turbo, lowered mildly on coils, 13" Rotora BBK, adjustable front camber and caster. Planning 245 35 R19 front and 285 30 R19 rear. I'm hoping to run as much offset as practical in front to preserve steering feel but I don't want to run spacers if I can help it, hence the question about +35 in front. Sorry if this has been discussed before. Newbie here.

Hi all, not been a regular on here for a while, but good to see that so many "old" members are still active! Trying to get my car back on the road after it's sat in the garage for a few years. Braided fuel lines have perished so I ordered replacement stock lines from Torqen at the end of October. Still waiting for them to come in and contact with them seems a bit touch and go. Anyone had any experiences (good or bad) with the company? CheerZ Steve 🙂

I've always liked the look of black wheels on a dark blue car, so after 5 years I decided to take the plunge.... So I reverted back to some Cruise 190s - this time in gloss black, with polished rims and Nismo centre caps. I ordered some new Bridgestone Potenza Sport tyres from National Tyres/Halfords (265/35/18 rear and 235/40/18 front - £552 all in) and had them fitted at home yesterday. Great service, by the way, their technician, Nick, was really good! They should keep me happy for another 5 years, until I change my mind again LOL 😉 Talking over - here are the pics....

A couple of niggles I'm keen to resolve but I'm not sure how...hoping to crowdsource some direction! My fuel door has become temperamental in opening. Is there some cable adjustment I can make to correct this? I can't see anything visibly wrong but it doesn't open every time and needs some (a lot) of encouraging. I have a vibration through the steering wheel 90mph+ that remains once it's there. I did have some vibration through the seat but I've rebalanced my prop which seems to have resolved that part of the vibration. I've had wheels balanced and aligned, no spacers on the front anymore and new calipers, discs and pads fitted. The. vibrations have been there s…
