I have just been out and about, and I kept noticing my radio display flickering on and off, (the radio was turned down but on), then a little later, every time I accelerated or hit a bump in the road, my headlights, dash lights, radio and engine would cut off for a split second then come back on, sometimes everything cutting off a few times a second for a few seconds. So, what could cause this? I can't really think off a way I could replicate this fault. I got home and checked around the fusebox and passenger footwell for any evidence of water ingress, but all seems well.... Any ideas peeps? Cheers, Tudor...

Does anyone nick wheels anymore? They're BMW wheels on a BMW not a Zed. Nice 18" parallel sport ones, staggered width. Similar ones seem to go for decent money on eBay so I'm thinking it's worth getting locking nuts. I remember back in the day McGuard ones were reckoned to be the ones to have but there are some ok looking ones much cheaper on eBay. Are they ok?

So my package arrived from twinchip today only a few days after payment. Twinchip have been a pleasure to deal with, top notch service and prompt communication. I'm still unsure of the bolt on diffuser so I'll eagerly wait for others to post up pics of that but this time round I just ordered a couple of type 1 rear spoilers. The first thing I noticed about them is the quality 'out of the box', the finish is bloody good and will require very little prep for paint. Next thing to try is how well it fits... If my car was matt black to match the gel coat I'd slap it straight on! Fitment is bloody good, 100 times better than even the oem spoiler. Here's some pre paint…

Well the rain held off tonight and it was a nice pleasant evening for trying my new wheels out for size  Big thanks to Marty for letting me borrow his arches to help with measurements/decision making etc. These pictures are just a mock-up for now, but its the quickest, easiest and cheapest way to start... RIP my Tokyo Nissan sticker.... and hello sexy 240Z metal badge (not fitted properly yet) :thumbup1: Comments welcome, I'm well aware my car isn't to everyone's taste, and I'm probably about to lose a few more fans... I dont care

My work colleague Gaz and I are always bickering who`s got the best car,LOL, so I showed him a few of the 80`s adverts for the 300zx and he loved the 300zx toys one , he then got excited and showed me this one that advertises his car the E55 V8 AMG! Its cool and worth a watch, he`s interested to hear the comments from the 300z boyZ , so fire away troops, and he doesn`t get offended so don`t worry :D

I love my current wheels (18" polished Work Equips) but as they say bigger is better... I got offered a deal that I literally couldn't turn down... so heres what I bought :thumbup1::clap::punk::thumbup::yes::shifty: Old wheels... and the new additions.... and a quick mock-up.... I'll trial fit one tomorrow to see what sort of arch work I'll be needing to do, or I'll just adjust the camber and tip them until they fit under the arch LOL
