Can't find airbag control module please help airbag light always flashing ,been to two Nissan dealers they said it will not talk to diagnostic ,want to change or get reset

Spent today sorting out a friends zed. It had a hard knocking sound on the front end so we stripped it down and found this. Where the torsion bar bolts to has cracked all the way around and the black part you see with the two holes in it has been completely cut out by the crack! The other side was on its way also so replaced with a good set painted of cause :) Stripped the whole suspsion down both sides to check for any other damage. Then put back together time for a beer!

Series 2 velour seats for lwb both electric fronts, un marked, completely faultless.....? Wondering wether to sell or just pop them in the loft :) I'd be happy to fit them if that helps the price too! A drive in drive out service :D Cheers Wayne :)

Looking to do a service on the zed and want to check what parts I need before I buy them. It's an na, standard engine. Spark plugs NGK pfr6b 11? Standard oil filter? K&N air filter? Can anyone recommend the best oil to use?

I got funny looks when asking for the price of a 99 spec front bumper...? Odd!

Ok folks, I have my 300zx up for sale at the minute. Now have had the usual time wasters etc ( not on here ) but other than that not much else. Im wondering, if after My Z is back to perfect, including respray etc.... and running 100% with no issues, what would it be worth? its done 82,000KM. which is about 51,000 miles (guesstimate) one owner from new prior to me, with all original service books, and a totally original example, bar the stainless exhaust system. I dont want to ruin a perfect example of an OEM JDM car. But I also want more power. hmmmm.... So was hinking if I sold it to someone who would appreciate it for what it is, once its all sorted, how much could I expect? So I took the car for it's first proper test drive after the turbo's have been done. I was driving it home, everything was running fine. Then on the motorway I noticed that the car wasn't feeling right, like it's missing on one of the cylinders. So I got it home gently, parked on the drive and popped the bonnet. I thought I'd find out which cylinder it was by removing the coil pack connector one by one to see when one made no difference. whilst just changing my front disks, my drivers side front brake dust / heat shield fell off, this is the large sheet of metal behind the disk, due to the rust getting into it. it wasnt held in place by any screws or bolts, just sits on the hub. Is it needed for MOT, or is there some stupid reason in the mot guild-lines that it has to be in place, like if you run over someone, it has to be there so the person you ran over, after hitting the bumper, being dragged under the car, past the splash guard, missing the cross member, you dont get your arm caught in the moving brake disk??, then after you have dealt with the exhaust just below the turbo's, you hit the rear diff a…

Well decided im going to freshen up the wiper arms and windscreen cowling, now having realised that there is almost no job i do on the zed that is easy i thought i better check how to remove the cowling? So is it like all other jobs on a zed or is it as easy as it should be?

Thanks to MarkDerby, I received a replacement center panel which I have just fitted. Looks so much better in my opinion, car needs a clean, but what you think?

Well after doing my pin 44 thing, and also sorting out my audio (seemed to have lack of base for some reason) decided to take my little boy for a driver and also test what effect doing wiring in the neutral switch was going to have. Evening all, Fitting my pillar pod but need some inspiration on how to secure it at the top. There's a hole that lines up with a female clip on the pillar but a screw don't secure it. How have you guys done it? cheers

Point me in the right direction. Car appears to pull okay but at 4500 rpm just stops pulling and I get the pop of fuel detonating in the exhaust. I do have a blitz boost controller so tend to keep fuelled with the Tesco 99 as that's the best a man can get round these parts. Any idea what may be causing this problem. If its any help I recently had an issue with a leaky oil pipe around the rear diff cooler which has been replace not sure if this has any bearing on.possibly a sensor issue ? Help appreciated

As per above - terrible idle (500-700) and keeps dying when cold. Perfectly normal when warm :)

Can anyone tell me the inside diameter of the recirc pipe that a dump valve would fit to please? Or if anyone has some lying around, measure the fitting, or sell them me nice and cheap? :)
