Seeing as I convert normal stock lights into 99 spec copies and I have now, to further update them started to fit led strip lights inside - I like my own work so I am going to fit the led's into my genuine 99 spec tails. Below you will notice a pic of these in bits and I want to dispel a few myths and state some facts. The outer lenses are no different but the stripe 99 additions are on a clear bit of perspex which is double sided stuck in against the outer (please see post 9 pic, etc) and I can duplicate this almost perfectly by adding lines to the old units, these lenses have all the E markings the same, however there is a line of text and this is on the red p…

Have try ed to sell my Z now for 3 months with know luck. I f it was not for the insurance i keep it. But know one seems to want one . There just don't seem to be the money around now.

Is there any? Went out in mates Import and Matt with silver streak this morning to local car meet, and they asked me how to get there feet warm! I said easy just press the directional button until it shows feet or lower level....so I jumped in the car and found there isn't any, unlike my uk z So can you not change the direction of blower on an import z??

I'm no mechanic as I said before but I would imagine this is a thermostat problem. The car has been running cool for a while, takes a while for the temp guage to move and it only goes about 1/4" way up at best and the heaters are working but not so hot as you would think Anyway last night I took the car for her first proper run since i got her back on the road. On the open road I was only getting the temp guage up to about 1/8th but the car was running fine and we were getting some warmth from the heaters. Leaving our friends house the car eventually warmed up a bit and the heaters started blowing warmish, but coming back up the M6 very late last night out…

Can someone confirm that the dirrents inbetween them all is just the eprom chip ? So a na/tt auto Na/tt manual I know u can use auto ecu on manual.. Just wondering if I can socket some na/auto ecu's that then can be used With tt eprom chip Mark

Hi guys how do you remove the door/window trim mouldings? Its the ones at the top of the door that run level with the wing mirrors across the door as I've noticed that my drivers side one has a tear in the rubber that touches the window....hope that makes sense...cheers

Just a little bit of advice with regards to my newly accuired zed , these are the mods Custom single airflow meter and air filters Stainless steel cat replacement pipes Large single intercooler Chipped Electronic boost control and gauge Now does this sound like it could be putting out 400bhp as previous owner stated ? And to be honest i dont know alot about adjusting the boost etc.. and at the minute the boost gauge isnt connected and and i hear that insurance companies dont like it am i best just not using it ? Sorry to sound a **** but im not great with mechanics ;)

my new zeds rev counter doesn't work, sometimes it reads something but not anywhere near what it should, but my blitz R-vit is reading a correct RPM from the consult port assume its just the counter itself that's failed, just want to know if the ecu reads from the same source as the dash, then i can rule out the sender. thanks.

Got my car back this morning after having them new wheel studs fitted Problem is for some reason the electric drivers seat will not move back. It moves forwards OK though Which means i now have it in a rather uncomfortable position to drive it :sad: Is there anyway to manually move it back, or some liekely cause of the problem thats easy to fix? dicky

As the title states, if my fan belt doesn't stop squeaking then I'm guna need to be locked away in a secure mental home! Tried to tighten but its is still squeaking. Where can I get one asap for my 90 na import? Please some one help before I get a high powered rifle and start stalking and killing all the 300s I can find.

Paying for some weisco pistons on the 15th from on here. Just looked on flea bay, there's acl mains and rod bearings anyone bought from there and are they the right ones.. And wheres the best place for head bolts, And are the mains bolts re usable, not going for big power just fresh and hopefully reliable engine, After a set of tubs, uprated but nothing huge, if anyone has anything newish for sale before the misses kills me and have to pay nearly 2k. Well car arrived today and well errrrr... the previous owner was clearly not a master welder fabricator lets put it that way :) bloody boots been cut into aswell and it didnt need to be!! Going to think onit before deciding but its looking like either a cut peice of smoked perspex for a one off jobie or just return it to original ! Rest of the car is solid enough thank god ! As for the engine i was quite happy with what i heard , quiet motor but load exhausts and twin hks dump valves make for quite a sound ;) Will start a project thread on monday for those who are intersted

Finished work early today, the roads were dry fot the first time in an age, so I took it for a spin. Thats when it happened, I realised I ****ing love my zed! That is all. :) happy zed owner.

Just to let you know we are sponsoring around 22-25 cars in the British Drift Championship this year but the good news is 2 of them are Z32 turbos for team Skid Roh, good to see them running in a high profile series and we're doing our bit to help! As some of you may be aware i have owned my last zed for over a year and a half and it spent all its time on my drive, mostly in bits....due mainly to my over zealousness with a spanner.....well i broke her for parts and bought a new one!!!!
