Have thought long and hard about this and have decided not to get rid of my car now. I would like to thank all the people who have enquired about the car and apologise about it no longer being available. At the end of the day I just could not bear to be parted with this car!!! Thank you Simon H [This message has been edited by simon h (edited 03-12-2001).]

My 300zx is a 94-T/T with HKS intake, Stainless pipes and a JWT ECU running at 13PSI of boost. It's been dynoed at 343BHP(Flywheel). What sort of power is everybody else getting with the same sort of setup? I'm looking to go for about 400BHP so if anybody has any ideas of the best way to achieve this, it would be appreciated. I'm anticipating big intercoolers, turbos and injectors but maybe i need some internal stuff to cope with this hardware!

    Q. Why do the digital clocks pack up on Z's??? A. Nelson were cheap gits and installed a watch battery to keep the clock working with the ignition switched off! Hence why most peoples digital clock will pack up at some time or another and they(Nelson) will quite happily rip you off big stylee!!!

I opened my ECU yesterday to check if there is an aftermarket chip and I have noticed that next to my ECU (at the left side) there is another smaller box. I believe all 300ZX do have this box. What really concerns me is that there is a connector that goes to that smaller box but is unplugged. Is that the way it should be? What that box is for? Should I put it back to its place?

Hiya All, Had the car in the garage to check out the THUD noise coming from the back, now this garage tells me that when I had my new poly bushings put on(by a different garage) the didn't put all the bolts back in the rear transmission and the ones they did were not tightend right either. I've tried to contact the other garage but they won't return my calls, what sort of legal recourse do I have with this??. The mechanic at my new garage tells me that I'm lucky the whole transmission did'nt fall off To top it all they tell me both front wheel bearings and shocks need to be replaced as well as the ABS sensors I'm not happy!! Regards JOHN

Just been reading the S2000 forum and they have a complaint against Access Car Consultants. Just thought that it might be useful for anyone thinking of buying an Import from them. The thread is here : http://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?s=a2df4bf46d2520451afbf90e567e8d36&threadid=35119

Does anybody know where the check valve is, or is it attached to the fuel pump,I've had a look at the disc manual and can't find it

  22. Started by syko,

Where is the check valve located for the fuel pressure , as my zedTT is loosing rest pressure straight away as soon as I turn the engine off.Pressure I'm getting is 42psi running, disconnected regulator vac pipe and it goes up to 52psi so pump pressure is ok.but within a minute after shut down it goes to zero, checked for any leaks and can't find any of the usual leaking pipes?? this is probably why it takes some starting (longer cranking over than normal)
