Sold the Z, bought a Porsche 928

Nice one Chris, I fell for it biggrin.gif

But that wouldn't be a bad swap, I have said that if I ever get shot of the "fold up Zed" then I'm going for a 928 S4 late model. Gorgeous motor! wink.gif

GORGEOUS! wink.gif

that is absolutly hideous.

Some cars date fast and that one does so very well biggrin.gif

I agree with 300z. But maybe it isnt' that its dated. Maybe its just weird.????

Because they have been selling those since 1977.!?

When I was looking for a Z back in March I looked at a 928. It was from about 1984 and the interior was truly horrendous (reminded me of my old Fiat 131, except not as nice LOL). It was pretty tatty as well and they wanted 6 grand for it. They also had a 1988 944 turbo which was immaculate and the garage wanted 10 grand for it. No thanks to either of those, I think I'll have a much nicer car and the change please.

Oh well...personal opinion I guess wink.gif

Don't like 911's, 944's etc. etc.

Just like the 928 and that's it! ROFL biggrin.gif

You can keep the rest of them wink.gif

P.S. Just spoke to Johnny and he thought I was Porker...LOL biggrin.gif Sorry to disappoint and Craig must know that as when Porker posts his I.P. will probably show an ISP and when I post at the same time it's the same flame griller I.P. that I always use during the week! Besides, AOL are fuckin' ARSE with a capital ARSE!!! biggrin.gif

There's a guy at the top of my street who lives in a small semi and has a black 928GTS and a 911 Carrera 4! His double garage is bigger than the house. I keep meaning to have a chat as I only just moved into the area and spotted him admiring my Z the other day!

and Anders.... someone nicked your lights mate wink.gif

What you mean like the excellently positioned hazard lump of plastic in the Z then? That is staring at you everytime you drive the car and keeps distracting you from time to time?

I get paranoid in my Z that the triangle is laughing at me! biggrin.gif

They are unusual looking cars...a bit weighty around the rear end...but then arent we all?

The interior of the 928 is very similar in style and shape to the 300ZX...Nissan probably copied it when designing the 300Z as a competitor wink.gif

At the end of the day it's 'horses for courses'!

Timmy Just wondering why you posted a picture of the interior of a Citreon BX biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
