Am not getting any power to my LHS Headlight fuse. Can the individual section with Horn, RHS, and LHS Headlight be pulled from the front of the fuse box? Have tried taking out the white slidy thing , pulled back the clip, but it won't budge. How are the wires attached at the back? I'm worried it I pull to hard I'll feck it up. Cheers, Matt.

Dark grey Zed spotted on the M6 J26 south bound slip road about 12:45 today. Looked like a J-spec. Didn't see which way it went as I was going on to the M6 in the other direction.

Yellow beast (not sure it was stock yellow, seemed too intense), trick front, trick big spoiler, I -think- other body bits. About 2130 I think, I was on my way back from Tesco. ;) Didn't really see because I was trying to work out why the Audi in front was braking to a stop on an empty road (and for same reason didn't flash). I was in my silver surfer!

First I would like to thank Ryan for helping me change this. I am past the halfway stage! Last night I connected the two metal pipes to the matrix, warmed up the engine let it run for 15mins NO LEAKS!! :) I removed the dashboard for this & there are two screws that are impossible to see if you attempt to change the matrix without removing the dash. One screw on the top matrix pipe. The other is the top screw that holds the plastic side cover to the matix, its at the back, right up at the top and its in a recess, there are 5 screws that hold the plastic cover in place,4 you can see. All I have to do now is put everything else back! Dashboard, plastic heater …

Hi all, Got a really cool gadjet that I want to get working in the car. Its basically a turbo timer/remote engine timer and alarm system all built into one unit. Now the problem is, that when I got my car it didn't come with the key fob. So I need to track down the company so that I can get a replacement one for it. The company? Starbo. Never heard of them myself, but it seems that allot of jap import cars come over with them fitted. The model of the unit is RS-701. I would really appreciate any information anyone has on these.. Thanks guys, Dave.

As per previous thread I have been getting Fuel Temp Sensor probs. As was, the single wire connector broke on top of the sensor (the spade came off). Now this would obviously give me problems, but When it was disconnected car seemed to run ok? (it was only a short distance). Now is the sensor putting a voltage out or does it just work on resistance? Also, if wire is disconnected, would the resistance/voltage be so low ignition timings retard, etc. Does the ECU work out water temp is warm so fuel temp resistance but me at a certain OHMs.? I just want to prove if its sensor or wiring.

Hi all, in need of your opinions on this. My zed is currently in the bodyshop being fitted with some sideskirts. The sprayer called me up today to ask if I wanted the skirts sprayed in the textured anti-stonechip paint to match the lower parts of the front and rear bumpers or use the normal smooth stuff. He also said that if I did go for a smooth finish then the car would not look right unless he removed the bumpy paint from the bumpers aswell to match the skirts. This of course is all gonna be more money. The guys in the bodyshop seem to think it would be better to spray the skirts in the stonechip paint as being fibreglass it will help alot to kee…

I keep getting error 42 (Fuel temp sensor) I have found by moving the wires on the top passenger side of engine (bit vague I know) near middle plug I can get car running again. Now there is a single black sleeved wire (brown in middle I think going to a sensor) - is this the fuel temp sensor. There is also a 2 plugged wire going to another sensor right beside it - whats this one? Thanks

As before..... >> I was doing some work last night on the fuel lines, and noticed that the vacuum hose was split again!! I only replaced it a couple of weeks ago! As soon as I opened the engine I heard a loud hissing next to the battery, and sure enough the pipe's ruptured almost in half this time! Why is this happening??
