does any one know who sells these kits for the 300 ???????????

decided to take the dash out today to try and quieten some of the rattles that nissan left me with, thought it was going too well..... everything was going fine but somewhere along the lines my indicators and full beams arent working! - the full beam flash is fine so to is the hazzard switch, a bit puzzled as to what has happened, have checked the fuses and they seem to be ok and now have run out of daylight!! anybody got any suggestions??? darren

My 300ZX is currently on my drive. I could make room for it in my garage but I'd have to throw load of stuff out and put my motorbike outside. It'd be a tight fit too. Is it worth garaging my 300? Does anyone else leave theirs outside? Does it cause any problems?

just brought a rear facing baby seat from mothercare,and doesent fit in the front or rear coz the seatbelts are not long enougth tried every which way possible ,and am gettin it in the neck from the misses.any advice or possible modifications out there to overcome this problem,if not im goin to be gutted and the zed will have to go :cry:

Hi all. dont mean to be a pain or sound stupid but.... I brought a seat today to go in the Z. its a Corbeau and i got it cheap because there is no fitting kit. Does anyone know what the measurements for the seat mountings are as i am 60 miles away from the car for the next week and i want to get some mounts made up for it. any advice/info greatfully apreciated. si. :rolleyes:

How hard is it to swap froma J Spec interior to a UK spec leather interior? Now i know the seats will just bolt out, but i'm talking about the UK seat belts. I've bought a full UK interior and the belts are the only thing that i think will cause a problem. Are there mountings behind the panels for the UK belts to bolt onto ? and if not how would you go about this? Cheers

:dance: :hyper: Just finished fitting my auto box cooler - was a pain in the neck to route the pipes but found a gap - quite pleased and i only cost me £86 for the whole lot with vat, delivery and all the fittings.

hi i am sure that many of you have a variety of healight panels. are they just supposed to look good or are they supposed to have a function like allowing air through them!! I am asking because i have just bought a headlight panel and it doesnt have any "holes / vents" to let air through or am i supposed to get the holes / vents made before fitting!!!!! what have you guys done! cheers

Hmm, This isnt I guess to good Had my Z bout a year now, had no probs with it what so ever, that was until recently! Anyway, about a week ago I noticed when I first started the car in the cold and went to pull off it stuttered for a second or too then was fine. I was down to service it the following week so didnt really worry about it too much. A week on, the hesitancy when pulling off seems to have gone, however it has been replaced by a new gift to me from my car, the gift of smoke and pure embarasement when flooring it. When the car is standing still, I can rev and let off the accel and no smoke at all. I can even drive it normaly and everythin…

im thinking of removing my air con, is there any problems with doing this. ie does the belt run anything else. also has anyone else done so. reasons are i have never used it, even though it is in full working condition, i prefer roof off. small power gains and more MPG. lol. also alternator bearings making noise fine when sprayed with a little WD40 for around a week. can these be replaced or is it a recon unit. let us know. cheers "T".......

Silver Zed spotted M56 yesterday morning near Altrincham, about 11:30. Blacked windows, but looked pretty standard. Anyone?

Through reading the threads it apears I have det troubles, I let the car warm up for around five mins or so before cuming on boost, it will run full boost for around 20min caining it, then drop to around 6-7psi I have no diagnostic gear to test with, any ideas what to check for or if any 1 in the south east would mind lending a hand :cry: The engine has only been fitted around 7months its had a new det sencor fitted, but not 02 sencors. I have just disconected the battery going to try that! it also has a bad tappet was woundering if this may trigger it???????

Im after a part number for the two hoses that go to and from the heater matrix, behined the engine - that go through the bulk head! Its a N/A J-Spec (if it matters ?!?) Anyone know where i can get one ? Thanks for any help :rolleyes:

On the M1 north at the M6 junction, has red instead of orange rear indicators, wasnt spotted by me, my mte on his way up from Luton phoned me to see if it was anyone I know!!!

:hyper: I was just wondering what the top speed is that people have had out of their zx's I met a bloke at Doncaster who told me he'd had 170mph and i was abit scepticle so couldn't resist trying my car on an open straight. I managed 173mph but had to slow down as an upcoming roundabout was rapidly getting closer! So what top speed have u had? :bow:

Have recently done the jap h'lamp mod listed on this forum (extra wire to light casing). Used 100w H3 bulbs. Worked fine for 2weeks, although it did drain the battery, tickover went down to 600-700 rpm when the lights were on. The passenger side light has packed up, still works on high beam, no low beam. The bulb is fine, even tried another one just in case. Have checked fuses.....all fine! Anyone got any ideas what it could be? :confused:
