I would like some custom decals made up for my Z. I don't know anyone near me so if someone can point me in the right direction that would be great. I don't particularly want to order bespoke over the internet, I wan't to deal with a person with these. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers guys and girls .. :-) Chris

I think i've now solved as the feed to the controller snapped due to it getting too hot and breaking in a few places.....the air pipe just split. Ordered some more hose from Demon Tweeks and also some heat resistant sleeving to make sure it doesn't happen again. Fingers crossed all will be well soon. Cheers for all the help!

In need of your wisdom yet again. I am in the middle of fitting some downpipes and cats for my zed and can't get the stupid heat sensors off. I have tried the blowtorch, WD40, mole grips, the lot! I can only use the grips now anyway as there is not much to get hold of now in the way of a spanner :headvswal Have you guys got any tips? Would it be possibel to snip them and then try and get them out off the car then going em up with connectors and some heatshrink afterwards? Justin:)

  20. Hi All I saw a silver 96 Zed today in eastleigh Hampshire so i pulled in and had a chat to the Driver.. We had an interesting chat about the Zeds and what mods have been done.. I was amazed to have been told that one of the mods to his Zed was instead of Spending loads of cash on Bovs!! he has had his recircs Venting to the atmosphere instead of to the intake pipe???? I was amazed and confused about this...he did not show me of course but assured me they make the same simular noise as aftermarket Bovs but not as loud and irritating?? And do the same job... Is this possible? I know in theary they could work as i understand how the recircs do there job,…

Does anyone have one? I've just dropped the pan off mine and found someone has butchered the strainer to remove the filter (cowboys) So I need a new one. Incidentally, I bought a little hand pump from Demon Tweeks and got all the fluid out through the dipstick hole first so the sump was dry. Nice. A new one from Nissan is about £35 so its not too bad for the part brand new. The sump was a bit sludgy, only a bit and the magnet is nice and clean so it may be OK.

My power steering has gone very strange all of a sudden. It keeps going heavy and then light. I have searched but none of the symptoms are the ones I am having. Instead of going heavy all of a sudden after so many miles or so many mins of driving, it changes stiffness every so many degrees of turning of the wheel. For example; Doing one full turn of the steering wheel the steering will turn slightly and then go heavy, keep turning and a few degrees later it will go back light, few more degrees and its heavy, so on and so forth. In one full turn it will go from light to heavy 4-5 times. The fluid was completly changed about 6 months ago, using the cor…

Hi all, I want to convert the front brakes on my Impreza turbo  to larger ones. I plan to use Standard STi Subaru discs (295mm) and 300zx calipers as they are much cheaper to buy than the (we know people that have had it done, but they don't know the tech spec). Does anyone know what sizes the front discs are on the various 300zx models? As I need to know what spec/size caliper I need and from what model. Any help would be apprecaited :-) Can anyone shed some light on this one? And if anyone has any for sale you know where to come.... cheers!

I'm fitting a new drivers door/targa seal and have found that a black tarry/glue type stuff is used to help the seal right on the corner of the targa and windscreen pillar. Anyone know where you can buy this stuff or something similar to it?
