Has anyone ordered stuff from this lot? http://www.conceptzperformance.com/ I ordered some shocks and springs 9 weeks ago now and still haven't received anything :confused: Is this normal for stuff from the states? I've been in contact with Coz there, and he's been helpful enough, but just keeps telling me that they're probably in Customs, although he has no tracking number for the shipment! :headvswal Is there any way I can find out if Customs are holding my package? Has anyone had to wait this long before for parts from the states? (I know, I know - I should of ordered from the UK - will next time :) ) Cheers.

Last week i ve tried to turn on the air condition in cold mode but only hot air was coming out, after asking around they told me that their must be a problem with the heater valve which control the hot water from entering the system anyone had a similiar problem and knows where the valve is located?

Morning everyone! Last night I fitted white dials to my Zed. With everything now working more or less correctly, the stock temp gauge needle sits at the max temp point (Full Scale Deflection) when I turn the ignition on. Doesnt move up or down when the engine warms up. Anyone recognise this problem?? The gauge was defo working before! I was super careful when removing or refitting components so I dont think damaged anything. Any ideas????!!! Cheers Andrew :cool:

high guys anyone doing good deals on o2 sensors fitted, as mine are knacered , definatley not working tested on conzult ,,even after 30 mins hard driving , nothing, , any help appreciated, ie as to best trader to buy from , or mechanic to do for me ,,im in croydon surrey

Is there different standard spoilers for different years and for uk/jap/usa zeds? Ive seen a different spoiler on a p reg car in our local garage and just wondered if it was standard, any pics would be apreciated

Looking to replace the rusty exhaust on the zed. Looked at these people (the Sheffield locations) seems okay. Anybody got one of these? or can comment? I know bugger-all about exhausts, so any advice welcome. cheers Mark

Just a quick note to apologies to all members for not introducing myself earlier. bit new to forums generally and dived straight in, sorry. Recently brought a J-spec manual TT which i absolutley love to bits, even when it plays up! It's always been a dream to own a car like this, and it has met and exceeded my expectations of what the Japs can engineer. I'm based in Essex and look forward to meeting other members on the road sometime on those long hot summer evenings. P.S. Thanks to everyone thats helped me out so far.

ok more q's lol ok what should the timing be set to on a na z.?? it seems everything ive checked on my z for the hesitation problem ive been haveing hasn't had any effect... when i brought the car from the garage i insisted on a timing belt change... :headvswal im now thinking that they didn't time it up correctly eg its retarded slightly causing loss of power feel (hesitation)

hi, after recently buying my first zed, non-turbo, i gone and brought a tt, auto on g plate, performance is completely different with a turbo, just had to have it, so got a nice collection coming along..got a couple of probs, a miss which was sorted with a set of plugs, but now it cuts out and changes gear when i give it a fistful, then goes again when i de-throttle, also the speedo dont work and the hicas light comes on..any 1 got any ideas..gary da git..

hi guys a fairly simple problem just need some advice, I attempted to take the 2 screws out from a standard rear bumper so i can fit a brake light, but they have corroded and have no head left, has anyone got a good tip on how to remove them? cheers Lee

my cruise sometimes works and sometimes doesnt. the on/off on the console works fine its just the button on steering wheel that wont always engage. any ideas anyone? :nana2:

any info on taking out an auto box what to take of and in what order approx how long does it usually take to change. plus any tips on how to get all the old oil out as i have been told that alot of old oil is left in the gear box unless it is flushed. :headvswal

Have Datascan ECU diagnostics softwware running in my zed, and noticed today that one of the output displays shows when the car is in Neutral or ingear on a manual transmission. Could'nt think of a reason why the ECU would require this information, just curious really....anyone know why ? (its probably blindingly obvious, but I just cant think of it :slap: )

OK - lets begin. My auto has started to act up over the last few weeks, not engaging overdrive until about 20 mins into a journey and sometimes it would pop back out when cruising, slow gear changes and so increased fuel consumption. Oh dear I thought - time to get the wallet out...... So I thought I'd do a little bit of maintenance on it first, so I drained out all the old fluid using a hand pump from Demon Tweeks - that got the pan dry as a bone so when i dropped the pan I didnt get covered in oil. I cleaned out some residue from the bottom of the pan and left it to dry, then I got out the strainer expecting to see if blocked up, but lo and behold, the last …
