Am I correct in saying this is the diff oil cooler? Or is it to do with the HICAS? Mine looks fine, but I think one of the pipes is leaking and would just like to know while Im fixing it...

Are both the stock recirc valves the same? I'm trying to iron out a boost problem, and want to try swapping the recircs out. Does anyone have one going spare (or a pair if they are different) to try substituting them out? Cheers all!

What's the most reliable and cost effective version of getting conzult or datascan? I need to keep costs down and I don't have a laptop. I have seen an android version of Datascan, is it any good? I just want it for maintenance and fault finding. Is it best to get a cheap laptop and use that? There is so much conflicting and confusion on here regarding this, that I can't figure out what's best. Thanks

Having swapped to. Twinz bumper and nose panel, I have got hold hold of all the runner trim and metal frame work the goes at the top and bottom edge of the nose panel. I have worked out how the top runner trim fits, but I am struggling with the trim and metal bar that locates on the 4 pegs that come out from the rear of the bumper. Picture below of how I think it goes together, but can anyone tell me if this is right?

Drivers side window not working. Hot wired the motor and that's working fine, up and down. Switch is activating relay. Opened up relay and contacts are clean but when switched, there is no power going to the motor, either up or down. Any ideas?

Hi I'm thinking of getting my Zx this custom made pipe work to relocate the turbos to the front. (Next to the top intercooler pipes either side) Making it easier to replace. I'm not a Mecanhic so I have spent a lot of money getting other to do work on my Zed. When I get this kit made will anyone be interested to get this done to their car also. As I got quoted £700. So if anyone else wants it done too I will get this kit made up for you guys. Hopefully higher amount of people who want this cheaper the price.

It's been suggested it's possible with the heads on, has anyone done it? My zed smokes a fair bit in the morning, but not once warm, hardly losing any oil, so pretty convinced they are to blame. Ive got some jwt cams new HD springs and seals in my z1 order, as well as other bits, I was going to do the timing belt too, Is it enough to have the piston at tdc or do I need to pressurise the cylinder too? I'm trying to do it without asking our mechanics to help, so any tips advice would be appreciated, Worst case it's heads off/ engine out, or I've another engine, but I want to try.

I made a post about a week ago after I noticed just how much my clutch is slipping. After a bit of a look round I need help choosing out of the following 2 clutches; the Sz RPS Max Street (from specialtyz) and the Stage 3 Competition Clutch kit. I know both of these are in fellow members' cars, so has anyone had any problems with either? Cheers

What is the pros and cons of the EGR and a PVC delete kit? Should I invest in this or not? We were all taking cars earlier and one of the guys asked did I do the delete kits? He wasn't clear on the benefits. I've seen them sold but truly never investigated the benefits in the Z32 Thanks The Ikon

Hi all, I bought this subject up when I first bought the car. I still have this pipe sitting by the battery tray believed to be a old way SE Nissan used to raise the boost. After trying to find out info on the site I found that generally 1mm mig tips are used each side on the inlet to gain around 15psi of boost. As this one is T'd off to a single pipe I was thinking that I should have a 2mm mig tip in the end of the pipe to run around 15psi? What do you guys think? It's about 6mm at the moment. Thanks Dan.

Hi all I am thinking of taking the plunge into 300zx TT waters...and have a couple of question. 1. Are they useable in the wet, with a light foot, without ending up sideways in a ditch? 2. Are the back seats able to a compare teenagers ? Or are they really only for storage ? 3. Is there anyone you recommend to carry out an inspection in the Watford / Enfield area ? 4. What's the average price of a tidy & well looked after 300zx TT auto ? 5. what is the maintenance cost of running one of these 4K miles a year ? Service ? Turbo ? Cam belt ? Any other expensive bits I should look out for ? 6. Is there a checklist of things I I should make sure the car…

Hey, I saw these and thought - nice! They really caught my eye. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/18-inch-alloy-wheels-5x114-Lexus-IS-GS-SC-220-250-300-350-430-450-NISSAN-S13-S14-/252328286810?fits=Model%3A300+ZX&hash=item3abff01a5a:g:PWYAAOSwa-dWsT33 Despite not being ready for wheels yet, I could be tempted by these...but am I the only one that thinks they're really cheap, too cheap? I mean even postage is free. So £369 all in. I know you can get wheels at this price, but normally they're of a more basic design, definitely not deep dish (ish) So, is it just me? Just airing on the side of caution, feedback looks good, though it is limited. …

My clutch release bearing is noisy so I have decided to pull the box and change the whole clutch. I think I am running approx 360+ rwhp, so I'm after something which would take further mods I guess about 500hp. There are many on ebay, do any particular brands come highly rated, also I have noticed some hybrid flywheels. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
